I wll try to follow up on this review over time:Aug 2015 - Just received and installed (was a little tricky to install, at first I thought the threads were stripped out as it would not tighten all the way, but clicked and came loose before tight., so I adjusted the adaptor ring higher and switched out the provided O-ring with my own washer (which was difficult to find one just the right thickness to make it work). I am not sure if this is a problem with the item or if it was just my install? so I will give it the benefit of the doubt.It came with a nice adaptor to fit male or female faucets, seems well constructed, metal and brass, has O-ring instead of just a plain-ole washer, works flawlessly.... so far.Feb 2016 - still works, has not leaked at the threads any more but it often drips in off position and has to be turned on/off 2 or 3 times to make it quit dripping, higher water flow makes it quit dripping.June 2016 - I removed this from my faucet, it continues to drip even after pushing it on and off repeatedly, I am tired of fiddling with it.Oct 2016 - Changed from initial 5 stars to 1 star as it is not functioning even at a passable level. after about 1 year use and constant adjustments.

A handy water saver.
Works as good as I had hoped! Easy to install and simple to use. Fit my bathroom faucet perfectly. This will cut down on my water use when I am at the sink. I can easily stop the water while at the bathroom sink brushing my teeth (for example), but then quickly start it again at the same temperature.

I am so glad I came across this before I almost spent 50 bucks on another faucet. I have a sink specifically for washing my hands after auto work (oil changes etc) and was fed up with the twist knobs on my sink (I would get oil grease and dirt all over then) When shopping for a handle faucet or a touchless faucet I came across the faucetsaver! Now all I need to do is push the buttom and I can wash my hands with ease. Its a solid design and well constructed. Has been leak free since I bought it. Thanks faucetsaver!

Really helps keep water consumption down
We live on a boat and need to watch water consumption carefully since we have a limited supply. This valve helps a bunch because we don't ever let the water run while doing dishes. The quality is good and the price was fair.

I had an old one that lasted for 10 years. The new one requires a bit more pressure to activate, but works fine.
