Ordered on 4-16-20 and there has been a major improvement in regaining the thickness in my hair, which was a big concern. Had major hair loss from being on the depovera shot with serious shedding and thinning. Hair has grown back nicely, back to normalcy within 2 months. This product has also strengthened and lengthened my nails alongside glowing skin. Taste is bearable with lemonade especially. Definitely will use this as a supplement henceforth because it works!!! Note: I use 1 Tablespoon daily and still have 1/2 a bottle.

This was recommended highly by a naturopath we work with, and the results have been quite apparent. Not only have my finger nails become stronger (not something I really was really looking for), but I'd had a problem with skin on my legs being easily peeled back when rubbing up against a branch or some other object. That's no longer a significant issue - it seems to have "thickened" my skin, or strengthened it, or whatever caused the change. Yes, this is an anecdotal story, but at least for me, there are changes (for the better) that I cannot otherwise explain.The only reason it's not a 5-star rating is that the taste is, well, tolerable but nothing more. Thank goodness it's at least got some citrus flavor - I can't imagine what it used to be like! It's still worth the results, though.

Tastes fine in water or juice. Love this - makes my hair and nails grow - significant difference when using this. The thick stuff on the bottom needs stirred with it - I've learned not to throw that away.

I take a teaspoon each morning mixed with orange juice because the flavor is not that great. Makes my hair grow much faster and is great for skin too. My Dr recommended it.

I haven't used this or any silica gel but am interested in it and I did in fact order and receive the product in this listing. I returned it shortly thereafter. Just a warning to California residents. If you order this product like I did, it may contain a warning label like mine did: "Warning: These products contain a chemical known to the state of California to cause cancer and birth defects or other reproductive harm."From what the seller explained to me, they are required to put this label on a lot of herbal goods that go to California due to Proposition 65. Proposition 65 is enforced by private citizens who often bring civil lawsuits against companies who fail to provide warnings. In any case, whether or not there is any real cause for alarm, I just cannot bring myself to take 'health food' every day that contains a warning label like this! I returned the product and ordered silica tabs and Natrol Biosil instead. I just wanted to mention this. It seems to me, the buyer should be warned about this BEFORE buying the product. Not AFTER they receive it. Perhaps if you are not a California resident you won't encounter this. All I can say is if I were in a health food store and saw a label like this on a product I wouldn't buy it. Why should it be different on Amazon?
