I love almost everything about this phone case. I have a habit of dropping my phone, and this case keeps it pretty safe from scratches, it's durable and it doesn't bounce out of the phone case like a lot of others I've had. I will say it doesn't protect your phone 100% as there is a small crack on the back side of my phone that I discovered when I had to take the case off for something, but it's really small and not on the phone's screen or near the camera so I don't even notice it with the case on. My biggest grievance is the fingerprint reader; it is useless and the number one reason why I am looking for a different brand. In the beginning it worked great, but dust started to collect on the inside of the screen protector near the camera so I took it off to clean the inside and the fingerprint reader just never really worked right after that. I was able to increase the stickiness and reactivity of the fingerprint reader on the screen by LIGHTLY dabbing it with rubbing alcohol to clean dirt or whatever was getting in the way and that actually improved it a lot. I still had issues and it never rivaled the touch sensitivity of your actual phone sans screen protector but it worked for about a month like that. My big problem came when my phone got wet. I know that the samsung galaxy s10 is fine to get wet, but this phone case trapped water between the screen and the screen protector and the touch sensitivity wouldn't function correctly so I had to take it off completely to dry it and that was the last time I was able to use the fingerprint reader with this phone case on. It last a month LOL so in summary I have mixed feelings because this is one of the best phone cases I've ever used but I wouldn't buy it again because the fingerprint scanner is entirely useless and a complete waste.

This is a superb case. I can't tell you the number of times this case has saved my phone from cracked screen or other. I've had to replace it after a year, only because the protective screen has been scuffed up enough that it was affecting what I could read on the screen. The kickstand is great, it takes a watching videos on my phone nice. The phone case is very easy to install, and this is a solid case for the price. The case fits snug around the phone and all of the flip open ports for the charger and phone jack are sturdy and snug. I don't use the finger print scanner so I can't provide feedback on that, but it looks like it is solidly against the phone screen that it would not have any issues. I would highly recommend this case.

I bought this case for my S10 back in September 2020. This is a great case in regards to protecting your phones screen. I can't tell you how many times I've dropped my phone and it's still maintained it's integrity. The installation was easy and I had no problems with the fingerprint reader, UNTIL now. About two weeks I was eating and got a few drops of sauce on the screen protector where the fingerprint reader is located. No big deal, I thought, because the sauce was on the outside, not on the inside of the protector. Boy was I wrong. I wiped that area clean, ensured the reader was still in close contact with the phone, yet the fingerprint reader refused to work. I've tried to reset the fingerprint on my phone several times to no avail. My phone no longer recognizes my fingerprint which sucks because I have to fall back on my passwords for all my apps again.Yet, I'm still considering buying this case again because of it's durability and price point compared to other cases that are durable but far more expensive (Otterbox was my go-to before I found the Youmaker). I got about a good 9 months use out of the screen protector's fingerprint reader - too bad they don't sell the actual screen protector as a seperate product.

This is a great case, I really like a case with a built in screen protector. That is what I had for my S7, this is more difficult with the fingerprint reader built into the touchscreen. The first case I put on my S10 had no cover, just made use of the factory screen protector. It was a good case, saved my phone from a few drops, but much dust gathered inside the case. I decided to look for a new case. This case with the built in screen protection looked like a winner, so I ordered it. The case fits very well, I have been using it for about 10 days. I messed up when installing the cover with the fingerprint scanner, I ended up cleaning the inside of the cover and removing the fingerprint area completely. I still used the case as I had removed the factory film. I turned off the fingerprint scanner and used a pin to unlock my phone. I contacted Youmaker about possibly buying a new cover instead of a complete case, I explained what happened and they responded by sending me a replacement case for no charge, even though it was my mistake. Just installed the new case and turned the fingerprint scanner back on and the scanner worked perfectly, I did not need to retrain the phone at all. Very impressed with this case and Youmaker's customer service.

I like the phone case, especially the blue. One concern is the pop-out phone stand behind the phone; seems a little flimsy, so take care not to push/pull too hard on it. I can imagine that I only have so many uses with this stand before I either crack it or it stops locking to stand up. My only other problem is that the fingerprint sensor doesn't work well, and sometimes the front face screen protector has some hangups/lag in sensitivity--especially at the edges of the phone. It could be that I installed the front covering OVER the pre-existing screen protector that my phone came with. I suppose I can remove the initial screen protector that came with the phone, but it's relatively thin so I figured I would still be able to use the fingerprint sensor after I put the case over the phone. I'm just "scared" to remove that initial screen protector right now--if I decide to switch to another phone case that doesn't have a screen protector, my phone will be susceptible to cracking if I forget to replace the screen protector again. Overall, though, I'm really loving my new case. It takes some getting used to, but definitely worth the money I paid.

Fits my s10 perfectly feels very easy to hold and the finger print reader works fine, feels well made and I like the kickstand in the back even though I don't use it much. The color in the picture is teal blue but the case is actually more like a light blue. I like that it has a built in screen protector hard to find cases like that.

Love this case so much. The built in screen protector was EXACTLY what I was looking for. It has a nice section for the fingerprint reader too so it makes it easier to log in with your fingerprint! The built in screen protector puts it above Otterbox and other case manufacturers like that, that choose to not include screen protectors with their cases. This is just what I was searching for and does the job splendidly. 10/10. Very durable case, as durable as otterbox.
