I ordered this because I like tea more than for any purported health benefits. A very natural looking mix of herbs brewed to a lovely pale amber tone, fragrant with an mix of floral peppermint. I used a teaspoon for 16 ounces of hot water and brewed it for the recommended 8-10 minutes. (ie pour and forget about it)The peppermint is a soothing, numbing rush across the tongue hiding most of the other flavors that were so noticeable in the aroma. It lingers, pleasantly enough.I'll drink it in quiet evenings with a book, and will update should I find slumber easier to find and weight melting off.

Excellent Tea. I really like it. The flavor is very good. I really like my drinks very sweet but this tea doesn't need to add any sweetener.

For me this product is really complementary to help losses weight , help me a lot, l can't continue my lose weights program with out those teas, really wonderful.

I like the smell and the taste of this tea. I think it probably relaxed me, but it didn't make me fall asleep. I have had a lot of anxiety lately at night and it has been keeping me up. I am not sure if this helps with weight loss as I just started drinking it, but I will update later. It does require a tea infuser to actually steep in your tea, and there are a lot of fine particles in it, so you have to figure out how to do that properly, I am more accustomed to tea in a bag personally. Mine came with an expired date on it by a couple of months.

I really like this product, the taste of the tea is great, i like to drink it at night it gives me peace, and help me control my appetite.

This tea has a good taste and smell, I liked the packaging and the amount it brings is ideal.
