Very good value with a little work!
I have a 2006 Ford Crown Victoria P71 (Cop Car) . These catalytic converters are an exact fit , except for one thing. The floating flanges that attach to the manifold are mixed up, Right Flange ring on left and Left flange ring on right. I had a heads up on this from reading the other reviews. I was not happy, but I was not surprised. If you are lucky enough to know a welder or metal smith this can be fixed very fast. Cut floating flanges in half to remove and weld in place on correct side. For $299 plus tax not bad for both sides. Muffler Shop wanted $800 per side, total $1,600 for both sides. I did both sides for roughly $400 total ($60 labor & 12 pack of beer) . The vendor may have the problem fixed by now, but that is why these are so inexpensive. They seem to work great and have had no problem or leaks. If you are not afraid of rolling the dice for swapping the flanges it seems to be a no brainer. Good Luck! I must say I am pretty happy with product and price , even if it took a little extra work.

Manifold flanges are on the wrong sides
Got both catalytic converters today and upon assembly realized that's the flanges that bolt up to the manifolds are on the opposite sides so the left side is on the right side in the right side is on the left side. Many people have complained about this but I didn't think it was going to be such a big issue. I don't have time to return it so I had to come out of pocket 4 some welding and cutting. Other than that seems to be a solid cat

MISSING o2 port, flanges wrong & MORE
Missing a port for 2nd o2 sensor on driver side, passenger side upper o2 port is on wrong side. To fix their mistake I have to drill and weld a port on for the driver side o2, remove the passenger side upper o2 port and relocate it to work properly.. Cut and weld upper flanges to install old flanges plus correct the direction of the upper area to mount. This is not what I paid for to have to do... They claimed these were direct fit, Not true at all... YOU WILL PAY A LOT MORE TO MAKE THEM FIT THAN WHAT YOU PAID FOR THEM ENTIRELY WRONG FOR 02 Crown Vic 4.6l

Garbage
There is a reason why these cats are so cheap. They have been nothing but a headache so far. The flanges are on the wrong sides and even after getting them fixed once everything is installed I’m getting p1151 code. I do not recommend.

Don’t buy wont fit 4.6
Don’t buy this product they dont fit town car or any other panther platform cars. I order this and they did not fit the flange that bolts on to the manifold. Had to go amd pay $$ to a muffler shop to modify and weld the old flanges. Dont buy it going to bite you at the end.$$$

Garbage
Do not recommend. The packaging was straight garbage in turn the cats were all banged up. The box looked like it had been kicked down 50 flights of stairs. The best part is they did not fit my 2004 Crown Victoria as advertised. The header to cat flange holes offset was to wide.

FLANGES WERE REVERSED
I was happy with the price. And they looked OK. But the flanges that bolt to the exhaust manifold on my 2004 Ford Crown Victoria were reversed. Unfortunately I was not aware of this until I removed the existing units from my car. Good learning experience.
