Smoothest Smartphone Gimbal I Have Ever Tested!
I have approx. 30 plus smartphone gimbals and this is by far the smoothest gimbal I have tested. You don't noticed that up and down bounce when walking, its that smooth. If you want to see my collection of gimbals go check out my YouTube channel at "YourTechGuide". No regrets getting this gimbal.

High quality
Ok I've been using the Gimbal now for about a week.It has smooth movement,It's easy to use controls,It can be attached to a tripod when needed.Gimbals like this take a bit to get used to but they are really nice to use for video recording.I love the fact that I can create moving timelapses with this one..Now for the bad and it's the one reason why I gave it 4 out of 5 stars.I have an iPhone XS Max. with a UB Pro full size case. It makes the iPhone bigger and heavier than other cases. So much so that it prevents the Gimbal from moving smoothly and the system asks me to re-adjust the placement of the phone on every use. When I do adjust it strikes along the Z axis and stops movement and causes the Gimbal to go into sleep mode.So make sure that if you have an iPhone XS Max with a case that it will clear all the axis of movements..Otherwise this is a great Gimbal

User Friendly!!
I was very surprised by this gimbal and it's functions! I had ordered this gimbal just in time for a planned vacation and tested it out. Through some rough conditions, it functioned so well and so perfectly with my iPhone XR! The app is very easy to use and I LOVE the control button that allows you to point and move the direction of which the phone is recording. You can take pictures as well. It's super compact and easily portable and the battery life is crazy! I've only charged it once and have used it for about 4 hours of footage now.I really love how reliable it has been thus far. I have posted pictures of how many scratches it accidentally got while on my trekking to show the reliably of the gimbal. It still works as new even through all of the work it's been put through. Highly recommend the gimbal!

Great for iphone 11 pro max
My husband has the iphone 11 pro max and we had been doing weeks of research for gimbals. Many options dont fit that big of a phone so we only had a few options. We were hesitant to download a separate photo app because it already has an amazing camera. We had to play with this one for a few days to get used to this and learn all the functions but it works great once you figure it out and my hisband is very happy with it.

Buggy mess.
What a terrible gimbal this is for the iPhone 11 pro. When I received it, everything looked really good, durable, easy instructions for a first time user to the gimbal world, then..... came the issues right away. Please turn in your Bluetooth. Turned it on, selected the gimbal and installed the app. Once everything was good to go, I selected the gimbal thru the app, once selected it said to turn Bluetooth on. I turned Bluetooth on, and everything and it kept saying bluetooth was disconnected. I don’t understand why this isn’t working for me, and am sending this back to amazon for a refund. My advice if you have an iPhone 11 pro, just use your hands.

Great for Newbies and Pros
I am new to the gimble game. I have tried one other out before and it was great, but the Freevision Vilta-M Pro takes it to another level. Those neat shots I want to accomplish are pretty easy with the Vilta-M Pro. There also seems to be a lot of room to grow and get better via the app. I also love the joystick feature!

Smooth professional video from my smartphone... finally
Up until the purchase of the Vista M Pro, my smartphone videos have been wanting (to say the least) when it comes to any movement of the phone. I own a Yunnec Typhoon H hexcopter and know the benefits that a gimbal brings to stability so now I can use the 2 in symphony for better videos.I did my homework before my purchase so I knew what to expect. I looked at the dji osmo 3 but the quality of their quadcopters leave alot to be desired and I've seen comparison videos that confirm my suspicion. The Vista M Pro out of the box feels very solid in hand and has a nice weight to it... meaning anything lighter wouldn't be as stable in hand to begin with, and it "feels" professional to hold and use. I've had it for 2 days now and use it with my Oneplus 6T. Due to my 6T's back cover being cracked (read destroyed--long story), I opted to leave the clear tpu case on it. Luckily the case being small still allowed the phone to balance with plenty of room to spare. I've noticed that since I set the balance the first time, I no longer have to balance it end to end using the lock knob. I slide it in the clips against the motor stop and adjust the side to side and I'm done. I was worried on first start up because the bluetooth wasn't connecting and had to close the program a few times and restart before it actually connected. Once it did, all the features came to life and my phone became rock solid. I messed with the focus/zoom wheel and all was good with the world. The joystick is indeed a joy to use and being able to the trigger on the back to easily change modes or reset orientation is sweet. The main reason I went with this gimbal was to keep from touching the phone screen while retaining the ability to set manual controls (iso, shutter speed, exposure) focus, zoom and everything else.Pros:1) The tripod is plenty sturdy and holds the gimbal upright with authority.2) Uber long battery life of 17 hours3) Description says it will "fit for most smartphone under 6'' Screen". My OP6T has a 6.41" screen so it can go bigger. (and I use mine with the case on it)4) Video becomes butter smooth with all the controls within easy reach.5) The case (though it's styrofoam), seems robust and holds everything solid(ly).6) The shutter button is light press(for focus) and deep press(to take a picture) like a dslr camera. Nice!7) I can finally do motion time lapse. I use the app "Framelapse Pro" for timelapse but now I can incorporate motion... and customize the movement. Fancy!8) It has 2 roll axis buckles to lock the arms in place so it's not swinging around willy nilly.9) Pushing the power button quickly puts the unit in sleep mode (and brings it out when you're ready) saving battery life.10) While the app is running and connected to the gimbal, it shows both cell phone and gimbal battery status.Cons:1) The zoom wheel doesn't zoom very smoothly. Kinda jerky.2) The app seems to love consuming battery life on your phone. My 6T doesn't have wireless charging so I can't attest to how that affects the gimbal battery life (but I bet it's not good)3) I could find NOWHERE that explained what to use to charge the gimbal. I did see somewhere to use 2 amp charging, and saw a Freevision video using a powerpack. I'm guessing that a powerpack allows for whatever the device draws? I don't know so I used the supplied usb-c cord to charge with my desktop computer. Worked well and took less than 2 hours to top it off. (battery was at 20% when I got it new)4) Some of the features are IOS dependant. Can't use filters/beautify in video, AE/AF lock, light trail, double exposure in Android. 4K video is dependent on your phone. My Oneplus 6T will do 4K video.5) Wish it had a "real" case for storage. Seems weird showing up with a styrofoam case and pulling out this piece of professional equipment. All in all, I love the Vista M Pro and I'm looking for any way I can to use it now... legally. Hoping to have some fantastic video to share soon. Get one, you won't regret it. Unless you drop it in a lake or on concrete. It's not waterproof and they warn on the Freevision site that dropping it will make you sad.

Joystick fell off, but is now getting replaced
A bit buggy, but I initially liked it nonetheless. Then the joystick fell off to never be seen again on the third use. I tried contacting customer service, but nothing. They replied and said it was within warranty and all they needed was my order number, but then they disappeared. So user beware!EDIT: I guess Amazon didn't forward the message. Once they got a hold of me through Facebook and email and even over the phone, I realized they had the best customer support. The part is on it's way, and I can't wait to continue the experience I'm having after the shaky start.
