When I first opened the package, I was afraid the pad was way too long but it is not and it fits perfectly, actually provides more length protection than most. The best part is that I can't even tell I am wearing a pad. The ones I used to get were somewhat bulky and uncomfortable but this pad is totally comfortable and wearable all day long. It is very absorbent and I haven't had an accident since I started wearing these. The price is amazing and I would highly recommend these if you are looking for a comfortable and absorbent pad for bladder leakage.

I was very sick with a URI. Was coughing so much, I was peeing myself. Lol Couldn't go anywhere so I bought these. These are very absorbent, soft, stick well and don't feel like a brick. Long enough to not worry at night about leaks. I would definitely repurchase if needed.

These are decent pads. The only thing I would change is adding some of the wings to adhere a bit better. They also seem wide in the middle and get a little bunched up.

I like the thickness of this pad. I also like the construction. It is elasticized just through the innermost crotch of the leg and is long enough to account for any accidental shifting that might happen which helps prevent leaks front or back.If your like most people and your bladder isn't what it was when you were young, this is a God send to for those whose legs are no longer as swift.For me if i don't get up and go immediately when the urge hits, i almost always start weeing halfway to the bathroom and if the bathroom is in a department store and not close well usually I wind up having to change to a new pad. (I should probably buy some overnighters for travel or wherever i might need to hold it longer but no longer can.I have had no irritation from using these and they keep odor to a minimum. And the cost per quantity is good. They also DO NOT HAVE WINGS. Thank God! They are individually wrapped and stick well.It's been disappointing to realize that after walking around with a loaf of wonder bread stuck between my legs every month for over 40 years that I now find myself in the same boat again only now I can't even revert to a tampon. It was the only thing that didn't depress me when I entered menopause.I can't speak to discretion. I don't tend to wear clothes that show my panty line and i wear shirts long enough to cover my bum when I wear leggings. My concern is staying dry and not weeing in my pants.Thanks Amazon for a great product! I will buy again.😊

to feel more confident in them doing what they were made to do. They technically should have a larger end on both ends - not just one to accommodate lying down on both back & face down. A little extra length for those of us that are taller/ bigger than normal would also be a plus - if they were ever to revamp the design Just sayin'...-----FOLLOW UP ---COMPARED TO OVERNIGHT (same brand)While I would say that Abena/ Abri Sans are the very BEST of the BEST, but expensive... THESE (purple/pink pkg) may come in as a SECOND if in a pinch. Just also know that COMPARED to their OVERNIGHT (green pkg), THESE are 1000x better/ bigger/ more absorbent! i don't understand what their thinking is, but the OVERNIGHTS only have 1 larger end, while the other tapers to a ridiculously small width. I understand they may think the larger end goes toward the back, but for those that have serious bladder issues - we NEED a pad with BOTH ends WIDER! I also think the (purple/pink pkg) pads are thicker and slightly longer as well & certainly give me a better sense of security, hands down!Since I turned 40, a rare genetic disease I have has resulted in advanced spinal deterioration, that unfortunately effects the ability of my bladder & brain communicating properly (neurogenic), so I have no idea when I'm about to let go fully or just a sneezable amount. To my dismay, the overnights have let me down tremendously! Seems so backwards

You can't go wrong for the price. They are a little more bulky than I'm used to, but I always gave them on hand for home and another thin brand for going out. Great absorbency.

I hated to admit I needed these but with a really bad cough for a month, I had to give in and buy these. They are great!. Very absorbent, never leaked, and stayed in place. I didn't even have to change it when I worked a 12 hour shift. Not noticeable under pants.

After a lot of uncomfortable trial and error, Amazon has delivered the perfect (almost) product for bladder incontinence protection. I say "almost," because I can't expect even a great pad to do the impossible. But for comfort, fit, leak protection, and absorbency, I haven't found anything better.
