Who Doesn't Love Hot Country Boys!
Bad Boys is a great follow up to The Good Girls. Tuck, and Lacey's relationship is one for the ages. They both have the mean spirit it takes to be at the top of their respective towns, however they are sweet with each other.I love Tuck's protective instincts with Lacey. He wants to keep her safe, and keep her to himself. Lacey is unsure and not confident in her relationship with Tuck. She questions why he wants her when he can have whomever he wants. Outside of their growing relationship he doesn't take crap from anyone, and doesn't care who he hurts. Lacey shows a confidence in herself that few can fake, and gives the queen a bee a run for her money. This is not your typical bully romance in that Lacey is not bullied so much by Tuck but by her peers trying to keep her down. There are definitely dark times in this book from Libby making a point in her position at the top of the Hierarchy to Lacey finding out what Colt really did to Mandy from Arcadia while she was dating one of his friends.I enjoyed every minute of this book, and can't wait to see how things end in book 3. This is a great love story that shows just how similar two very different towns can be

Clear your schedule, once you start you won’t stop reading!
Lacey goes through a lot of self reflection and at the age she is it’s hard enough just being a teenager let alone managing the emotional turmoil she goes through, constantly. My heart really went out to her so many times and found her to be the most ‘real’ character except for Maggie and co.Boy when this author thinks up punishment she really goes all out, poor Gayle and Lacey. And when she sets up people- wow, does the sting burn! Dr Thorpe became my hero instantly! 🤣 The storyline becomes a lot clearer in this second book yet there is still so much to know.I have to admit these characters all grow on you, well okay not most of the Riverbourne ones I will admit. We see a lot of growth in many of the characters too as well as personal issues but none more than Lacey. The gradual character development is spot on and makes you want all of the books in this series now! I literally couldn’t put this book down.Bring on book 3!

Loved book 2 more
First of all... November! I can't wait until then I need it now!I liked book 1 but loved book 2. The chapters from Tuck were my favourite. I love him so much. The things Lace endures are just awful and her mother... I could slap that cow! I really hope the bullies get what they deserve. It kinda comes to a head at the end of this book but isn't really resolved, which is why I'm desperate for November and book 3. Good fast pace, full of twists and turns. Would recommend

So Bad (in a good way lol)
Bad Boys picks up where Good Girls left off and it didn’t stop with the drama and I freaking loved it!!!Lace is dealing with the aftermath of her parents splitting up and having to move back to the city.Tuck is coming to terms with his feelings for Lace, I loved reading this book from his POV and getting into his head. Can’t wait for Rich Riot!!! Max is killing this genre!!!

City versus country
Not happy with the decisions made, back to the city she goes. But it's not where she wants to be, she was adapting, growing to enjoy the life of a country girl. Her brother was an idjit, was it too late to save him from his own stupidity. Tuck was on her side, determined to be with despite the consequences. Awesome storyline, totally worth reading

I absolutely love this series with its teenage angst, high emotions and battles of right vs. wrong.I love how Lacey breaks more and more out from the form her selfish mother has put her in and I love how Tuck is just a sweetheart.I can’t tell you more of my loves because that would be telling... ;P

Not my fav
Maybe I need a break from these HS bully books. All these characters just get on my nerves. Everything is so over the top and everyone sucks. The MC needs to ditch her stupid brother. What a snake.

Something different with little bit of darkness
I really enjoyed this book, it’s been a lot different to what expected. The characters give way to some strong stubborn personalities. There a lot of mysteries and dark secrets to cover and that’s what has me so invested in series from this very first book. I can’t wait for next book

Holy Cow this is a War Zone!!!
Holy Cow!!! This isn't a High School, it's a war zone!Following straight on from Good Girls, Max Henry throws poor Lacey Williams straight back into the firing line in this second offering of this stellar Bully Romance/High School series.Heading back to Riverbourne Preparatory was once Lacey's dream but it is now a living nightmare! The "Chosen" are far from welcoming of her return and are hell bent on making her life a misery, whilst Tuck tries everything he can to get Lacey back to Arcadia and reveal her brother for the snake he really is.Max has really outdone herself with depicting how despicable and vile these entitled brats are.The revenge punishment enacted on Lacey and the hapless Gayle had me absolutely gobsmacked! This lady's brutal imagination knows no bounds!Despite the torture, our heroine is growing stronger and building alliances, and with the heat building between Lacey and Tuck starting to burn red hot, this is turning out to be one hell of a series!

High Five to chicks with balls and Guys who protect them!!!
High School bully Romance stories are not something I would normally go for but having read books from Max Henry previously, I thought I'd give Arcadia High Anarchists a shot.I was not left disappointed!!! Frustrated, yes! with a whole heap of WTF moments but this follow up to 'Good Girls' did not fall flat. I'm now anxiously waiting for #3 in November, hurry up November!!!

So good!
Another great book with secrets exposed, drama and angst! Lacey matures a lot in this book and realizes who she can really trust and count on. I love Tuck, he’s too perfect! I love the side characters as well, they’re all very interesting to read about!
