Great support and cushion
I have been wearing Brooks' Ghost line for several years; trying other brands every once in a while, but always going back to Brooks. I stumbled upon Mizuno's Wave Rider on RunRepeat.com. These shoes are fantastic! They are similar to the Brooks Ghost, however they are a bit lighter and there is more cushion in the heel. Additionally, they have a better fit, more snug. I noticed they do a run a tad smaller than Ghost. I wear a 9 1/2 in the Brooks and ordered a 9 1/2 for this pair. One may notice a little less room in the toe box area.

Width too narrow
I have purchased three pairs of the previous versions of this shoe (I have two Mizuno Wave Rider 20's, and one Mizuno Wave Rider 21). This shoe (Mizuno Wave Rider 22) was between 1/4 inch and 1/2 inch more narrow than the three others (measured the width of the bottom of the shoe). There is no indication on the box, or the shoe, as to the width, but the product description states a "D" width, so I assume it's a "D". I will need to return these shoes, as they are too narrow for me - and perhaps have to shop for a new brand of shoe.

Best. Running shoes. Ever.
Running is a lot easier with these! I have been a long time wave rider fan, the 22 is a great improvement! If you are looking for a very comfortable and cushy running shoe for sprints, long distance or off road training look no further, just do yourself a favor and buy a pair now!

Never buying Nike running shoes again
This is my second pair of Wave Riders first was the 19, I wore them out bought Nikes to get by big mistake just not the same. I just finished a few 5Ks in this one and they are so comfortable. The last wave rider did a half marathon numerous 5Ks and training.

Best running shoes I have ever owned!
I use to wear Brooks GTS shoes. They were a good shoe but they just didn't last. The soles would fall apart. So I tried Mizuno Wave Rider. They feel better to run in and feel well made. They have already out lasted my last pair if Brooks.

Consistent quality and fit
This is my fourth pair of Mizuno Wave Riders. I had the meniscus in my left knee removed when I was younger, and these shoes allow me to keep running without my knee reminding me of my past. Knowing my size and Mizuno's product consistency took the guesswork and anxiety out of ordering on-line.

Still a very good shoe
I have been running in wav riders for a few years. I am always worried when they come out with the next version. They kept true to the design. They still fit well and make for a good running shoe. I have found I replace them a little more often than other shoes I have used.

Can't find walking shoes anymore that meet my requirements
These may be OK for me, which is saying a lot.It has been almost impossible for me to find an acceptable replacement for the old NB 928, my forever walking shoe, that New Balance started making in foreign countries and they were never as good since then.These Wave Riders seem very comfy and cushiony and fit well. I'll see. If they continue to please, I'll order a couple more pairs to have when Mizuno does what New Balance did.Seems every time I find some article of clothing I really love, I can never replace it after it wears out.

Great value, so good I'll buy it again.
These are excellent for me. With me weighing approx 90kg, fantastic cushioning. I'm not sure about the description of neutral shoe, maybe it's my gait that makes me feel like they're likely to let me roll over my ankle. But strong butt muscles stop ankle twisting and I will only wear them on the road.

Great, comfortable, light, strong shoes for running, tennis and gardening!
Great running shoes. If you’re looking for lightweight yet sturdy, this one is great. Also great for playing tennis in, probably better than tennis shoes made specifically for tennis. Also, have done gardening in them, although I’m not sure that was a good idea.

Good fit and comfortable
Purchased this product as I've just started training for a 10k run and the reviews looked good. Used a couple of times now and the fit is good and they are comfortable. Very happy with this purchase.

Great comfort
Who needs the latest model? These are two seasons old but I’ve had three pairs now. They are very comfortable and I run 20km per week in them. They look great too
