Apart from this being really good item- meaning it does the job amazingly there is few difficulties such as the instruction which has very poor pictures and descriptions.I have throw that away in frustration and accessed some video tutorials to understand how to use it and make the best out of it.First you notice nothing and wonder how such a innocent looking thing can do anything but after several use I cannot live without it.Skin is much much cleaner and I believe my fine lines not to say wrinkles have ironed out!!!Love this

This thing does vibrate but honestly the vibrations seem quite weak, maybe that's just the high frequency but I can notice it working. I've tried it out and it does work well for the most part. It won't get stubborn blackheads out but for clearing sebaceous fillaments or loose blackheads it seems pretty good. It also depends alot where they are on your face. It can be hard to hold and use this thing but I've used blackhead extractor kits and I'd say this is better for most people; the large dull blade means it's quite hard to get enough pressure to really damage your skin.The usb cable that came with mine didn't fit my unit, I had to use another to charge it. I've never had that with an item I've bought ever before.

The shovel comes with several features incl wave vibration, ionic impurities exportation and skin cleaning. I think it even does a soft massage.I’ve always wanted something to get rid of my blackheads . It’s worth mentioning that I’m a guy and this product works well for us men too.

This is the second brand i've tried, first one was fantastic but i must have had a faulty unit as it was temperamental with the on/off button. This brand however, was weak and didn't actually do anything. Felt more like a vibrating scrapper thats all.

Item does not work, after following instructions the device will not turn on. It also appeared as though it had been used already, with watermarks on the metal plate. Disappointed as I was looking forward to using. Hoping It is just the one that is faulty and not the design.

I was scared at first because the machine gets hot when going over your skin, but this is why you shouldn't keep it in the same position for more than a few seconds! works a gem and gets all the gunk out

Warning my dog does not like the soundAmazing product but AFFECTS My Dogs Ears she gets distressed just incase you have a pet do not use in same room my dog went funny scared and her eyes it looked like when we get cringy with blackboard running your nails down it x

I didn't know what to expect, but it's actually rather pleasant to use. I don't know how effective it is cleansing, exfoliating, 'micro-derma-brasing' the skin, and especially lifting and delivering +/- ions, but I'll keep at it and see where we go..
