This is a great companion for a long heavy workout. Take a bite every few sets. Doesn't make you feel sluggish, and provides needed protein for a full meal.

I love the way this particular bar tastes and the texture is just right. It satisfies my hunger for a few hours and that’s a good thing because I bring a couple of them to work overnight working as an RN. The protein amount is great and with coffee, it’s like a healthy candy bar.

More cost-effective than purchasing at the store or gas station. Product comes as described. These particular ones I find to taste very good and keep you feeling full.

There’s a metric ton of sugar in it but it’s meant to replace a meal so I guess that’s… well I mean it’s not diet food. BUT there’s a ton of protein so that’s cool. It might as well be a desert replacement tbh.Delicious but extremely expensive. Hard to justify buying but I’d be a liar if I said I didn’t love the taste
