Have used this for a few months now, the color and case holds up well. It has about the perfect mix between smoothness and grip to the touch. Doesn't slide out of hand easily yet it also doesn't grab dirt like other tpu cases do. The gold flake is actually gold flake (or something that looks like it) and not just coloring. It sparkles and gives the case an interesting texture. There are only 2 very small negatives. Across the top, where the camera flips up, the cover is very thin over the earpiece and bows slightly over time. Using a very small dab of rubber cement fixes it, but a stronger material across the top would have been better. The auxiliary (headphone jack) hole is juuuuuust a little too small for some jacks, if you don't press in hard you might not have the jack fully plugged in. 30 seconds with a Dremel fixed it. Overall though, the case is very much worth its cost. The raised back surface protects the camera lenses from scratching and the dimple for the fingerprint scanner makes the phone easy to get oriented when picking up without looking at it.
