The pouches were the perfect depth. I have ordered others that hung down to my knees. These were large, but functional.

I bought this for quail/pheasant hunting because I would sometimes have trouble shouldering my gun when wearing a upland game vest. I’ve taken it on about 12 hunts so far and I am loving it! It’s high quality and does exactly what I need it to do. Best bang for the buck!

This is very good for dove hunting. The 1 drawback is the belt. It's horrible and will only cause problems. I replaced it with a leather belt which improved/fixed the problem. Be prepared to replace the belt.

My husband loves this belt. He says it helps him a lot when he is hunting and helps him keep up with his stuff.

The pouches are great, deep enough to hold a whole box of 12ga each and not drop them out when transitioning between sitting and standing. Easy access without flap closures like most others. The downfall is the buckle on the belt, it would fall off almost every time I'd bend to pick up something. Changed to a different style belt and continue to use the pouches on it. Reviews stated the same so I knew ahead of time and had a spare belt on hand. 3 starts because I really like the pouches but the included belt kills this product.

In addition to dove hunting, I use this for water-fowling. Doubles as a wadding belt.Having large pockets for ammo, and spent shells is great.When jump shooting pockets can be used to carry game.I also plan to use this for dog training and AKC competition.

Just what I needed. Especially early in dove season when to hot for a vest. Pockets are very good quality. Highly recommend.
