Great line, and a great price
Great line, and a great price. I haven't had it on my gear long, but from what I have seen I'm extremely impressed. I just spooled up my 100 series curado baitcast reel on my M/L 8'6" steelhead rod, going after big PNW King salmon - a bit undergunned for the species. The diameter is small and the tensile strength, well, quite strong. I'm fishing the 25# and while 30# or larger would be better for the big Kings, I needed a small diameter to accommodate my greater need for capacity on the reel. It did not let me down one bit. My 20# flouro leader always broke on hangups (never the braided main), and this line held tough bringing a 40# beat onto the bank. It casts extremely smoothly and had very low wind and water resistance as well. Fortunately, this line will hang in there with the biggest of Chinook, and still light enough for steelhead - so I won't have to change line back and forth for other species.

In a word, Trust
You wont believe this, but this company's competitors are sabotaging MPETER account by putting FALSE REVIEWS of dissatisfaction on their products! GREAT PRODUCT, IMPECCABLE SERVICE, and when you need to change line frequently it won't put a hole in your wallet, because braided fishing line can be very expensive. Funny to watch the seagulls diving to avoid getting tangled in my line, I'm a shore fisher. Big redfish: no fails, SHARKS with steel leader attached: big fight, no fails. I can finally afford to use BRAID!!!

Absolute Best Value in Braided Line
I bought this line after returning a competitor's line that I'd had problems with.I bought it in 50 lb. test, in the gray color. This line has been fantastic to use! I have it spooled on my heavy action frogging rod and on a medium heavy rod that I used for bladed jigs. I also have it spooled on a medium action casting rod that I use primarily for swimming frogs, like the Stanley Ribbit Frog. This is the best value I have seen in braided line. The price is excellent, the line performs well and it lasts a very long time. I spooled mine up back in April and I'm still using it, with no signs of it wearing out anytime soon.I use the Palomar knot and have had ZERO problems with any kind of failure, either at the knot, or anywhere else. It has held up perfectly. The color has held up very well, with only a very slight amount of fading.I like it so much, I just added another spool to my cart and will be checking out to finish the purchase momentarily. If you buy this line, you won't be sorry!

πππAwesome πππ
Love this stuff put it on one of my catfish rigs and tried it on the Missouri River this past weekend. This stuff is freaking super tough a friend almost broke his old pole trying to break it when he got caught on some logs and trash in the river. We are ordering more. Amazing stuff well well worth it every bit as good as stuff double to triple the price

Great line for rivers!
Bought this to give braid a try over mono. Fishing Mo River from bank you need line capacity and strength which usual means heavy mono but not enough capacity for long cast. This 65lb is a hair smaller then 20lb berkley big game mono. Spools nice. Cast great. Color bleed alittle but less then Sufix my friends use. Caught to flatheads over 40lbs and no problems from line. Palomar knot and San Diego jam knot hold fast and no slipping.

Impressive braid for the value
I had purchased several rolls of the 15lb blue mpeter braid, and wanted to extensively test this for a few months before putting a review together. In that timespan, I have fished mostly for striped bass and tautog.....Overall I'm really impressed with this stuff. The 15lb line diameter is about 0.03mm thinner than Power Pro Super Slick which I also do enjoy using. I put it on a few reels, one is a Clash 4000 which is one of my favorite reels, and at the time was in dire need of line lol. Another was a Battle II 3000 that I keep around for a backup, and lastly I bought a brand new Battle III 3000 DX that piqued my interest, and figured why not test drive it with the braid.I will say this..... first off my Battle II and Clash reels were making some minor noise with the older PP super slick braid that was spooled on them during casts. After cleaning them, and adding the mpeter braid, the line barely makes any noise coming off the reel which was cool. Upon some hookups, the braid handled very well against some 10-15lb stripers, as well as battled some tautog between 15-20 inches. Abrasion resistance seems decent as well, as it has scraped up against some rough edges and not shown much wear in the line qualityOverall, I like it. Have been rigging up my baitcaster reels for the upcoming sea bass/fluke season with this line, and am hoping for similar results

20 pound test line snapped when I tried to lift a 13 pound weight with it.
The line looks great. However, before a long trip I decided to double check to make sure my 20 lb line could handle weights close to 20 pounds, so I got a 5 gallon bucket, water and an accurate digital scale. The line held with a total of 10 pounds of weight on it but easily snapped when I tried to lift the bucket and water weighing 13 pounds. Note, the line snapped. The knot I used held, so this is a line strength problem and not a weak knot problem.

Re edit my prior 5 star review
I had a very good experience with the first 547 yard spooI purchased last year. Very pleased . I purchased another 547 yard spool a month ago . First time blue this time grey. Line appears to be the same quality but the line twist is unacceptable. Spoiled multiple reels , flipped the spoil , trolled the bare line etc etc all the tricks . Fished reels with the original line from last year with the same tackle etc. Just a waste of time putting this line on a reel. Donβt know if it was a quality or production issue but I will not use it again..... to bad as the first spool was really good line but a this one was a complete waste of time . I have only post one negative review prior but this product is so bad I had re write my review from a 5 star to a 1 recommend not to take a chance in this poor product.
