Not to my liking
I didn't find any recipes that I want to make. That's a problem when ordering on Amazon, you can't look at much of a book to decide if you want it or not. I've only made one recipe from this cookbook.

officially my F A V O R I T E cookbook
I have been following Lindsey's blog for a while now and every single recipe of hers that I've made has been incredibly delicious, so I knew that when her cookbook came out I HAAAAAAD to buy it! I've already made 3 recipes since getting it 2 days ago...Needless to say, those 3 recipes have been a home-run hit with everyone my family (toddler included)!Like her husband, I too have type 1 diabetes and look for low glycemic foods because it makes controlling my sugar a lot easier. Cauliflower has been a staple in my house for years for this exact reason.Type 1 Diabetes aside, this cookbook should be a staple in everyone's kitchen because the recipes are D E L I C I O U S , super clean, and are incredibly easy to make (no need to run to the store for weird ingredients or to order a random kitchen gadget), everything you need to make these recipes is most likely already in your pantry. And as a graphic designer, I can't write this review without talking about the look & feel of the book itself. The design and photography are MINT and carry a great unity throughout the book. And bravo on the paper stock and embossed cover. You can F E E L the quality of this book when you turn the pages and hold it in your hand. Bravo Lindsey, you should be very proud of this book! If I could give 10 stars I would!

All the recipes don’t taste like cauliflower :)
I love the creativity in this cookbook and how the author has opened my eyes to how versatile cauliflower can be in recipes. I would never thought that brownies and coffee cake could taste delicious with cauliflower as an ingredient! There’s so much more in this book that you need to buy to discover for yourself. All of the recipes are gluten free, a lot are vegan. I love the falafel made without chickpeas for a change and the gnocchi are especially great especially for people who don’t live near a Trader Joe’s and have cauliflower gnocchi envy. Personally I think Lindsay’s recipe is better and they’re easy to make and fun to make with others. This is a fun cookbook to have that provides a lot of delicious recipes for this high Vitamin C containing vegetable that tends to get a bad rap or relegated to subbing for rice and has so much more to offer.

Shaking up my kitchen with delicious and healthy new recipes
This book has been a really fun addition to my cookbook collection. It has been nudging me to try new things and I have found some real gems along the way! The cauliflower crust pizza is very good and the quinoa frittatas are my fave so far. I’ve been enjoying working my way through some of the recipes with the author in her instagram cookbook club. I hav even reached out to her with questions multiple times and she always gets right back to me. It’s fun because I feel like I’m not alone in this and not intimidated at all. Some of the recipes have a lot of steps, but those steps are worth it for a healthier adaptation of things I already love. Ever since I bought this cookbook, I always keep some cauliflower on hand because I know I can always use some to whip up a tasty and unique recipe from this book.

Tasty! Easy! Delicious!
I have been a follower of Lindsay’s blog for several years. I have tried so many of her recipes with complete success. When I first heard about her cookbook, I have to admit, I was not super thrilled on the idea of Cauliflower in everything. But she nailed it! My kids helped me make the recipes. We enjoyed the seeded Sandwhich bread and breakfast cookies! I decided to make them in one shot since I had prepped the cauliflower. It lasted the week and everyone enjoyed them! Can’t wait to make the bagels next!

BUY THE BOOK!
I LOVE THIS COOKBOOK! There is a picture for EVERY recipe and pictures on the pages describing how to prep the cauliflower for different recipes! It's incredible what you can make with cauliflower! I decided to try a couple quick recipes before reviewing. Cinnamon pecan coffe cake for my pecan loving hubby (P.s Her caramel topping is A MA ZING!) and cauliflower mash, cause that's easy and I have tried cauliflower mash in the past and hated it. SO YUMMY! Buy the book!! You won't regret it!! It is so well made, beautiful pictures and easy to follow recipes! 10 STARS!

I love this cookbook and blog!
Not only is the book adorable, it is packed with so many fun gluten free recipes! And it is a great way to add some more veggies into your diet — even in desserts and baked good. Cauliflower scones, coffee cake, bagels, smoothies, bread, and so much more! This book would make a great hostess gift, so order a bunch (only $11!!) so you have them on hand if you need to bring a little something to a friend. And do yourself a favor and follow @thetoastedpinenut on instagram for some more great recipes and fun stories.

I LOVE Cauliflower Power AND The Toasted Pinenut!
Yes.... this is the second copy I have purchased! I bought one for my mom for Christmas, and instead of taking photos of every single page (because I want to try ALL the recipes!) I decided I need to just buy another copy for MYSELF! Spicy waffled hash browns, cauliflower carrot fritters, cauliflower rice, cheddar-jalapeno cauliflower biscuits... the list goes on... just DELISH! I've never made something from Lindsay's blog The Toasted Pinenut that I didn't LOVE, and I know this cookbook is going to DELIVER 100% amazing recipes as well! Also... $13.50 for an awesome cookbook? Can't beat that!!! - Andi Hoyt

Every single recipe is delicious!!!
YOU NEED THIS COOK BOOK!!!Absolutely the best cook book I’ve ever purchased!!! Everything I make (and I make a lot of stuff out of curiosity) has been nothing less than amazing! My husband loves everything I’ve made so far. My fav (to date) is the kale Cesar salad. So simple but so delish! My husband is obsessed with the sweet and sour cauliflower and my go workers loved the chocolate peanut butter cup cakes. I can’t even explain how this book has been a game changer. I look forward to cooking something new every time I open it because I know it’s going to be great! Thank you SO MUCH for your creativity and making such healthy alternatives :) oh and the gnocchi *drool*.

Awesome book!
This book delivered some great fun new recipes& cauliflower versatility. Great for those living a low carb life style. My daughter has PCOS so is always cutting carbs and sugars and is in major love with this cookbook. (I just had to buy one for each of our houses ;)). We always have 2-3 heads of cauliflower in our fridge ready to go! Plus the powder pink book is super cute on the shelf as an added bonus :)

A must for cauliflower fans! Gluten-free is a bonus!
Cauliflower is so healthy. Why not add these creative recipes to your weekly meal rotation? I just received the book a week ago and have read through the book and tried the quiche recipe. I am a totally inexperienced cook and this recipe turned out great. The 2 of us loved it and it was eaten up in 2 days. I also appreciate the beautiful photos, easy steps and writing style.

Meh...
Disappointing, would return this cookbook if I could. The first recipe I made (Cheddar-Jalapeño Cauliflower Biscuits) was a total flop. I followed the recipe exactly as written, and ended up with 18 gooey/flat/inedible muffins. It was a waste of expensive ingredients, and now I’m reluctant to try any of the other recipes.Unfortunately I cannot recommend this cookbook, even though I was initially super excited when I ordered it.

Innovative recipes you won’t find anywhere else!
To be honest, I am not one to purchase cookbooks - there are SO many amazing recipes online for free, but I am SO glad I bought this one. There is nothing out there like it - brownies made with CAULIFLOWER?! That are actually amazing?! That recipe alone is worth the book!
