Essence Of Vali Sleep Bedtime Balm

I got the oil version of this as a sample and I love it. Not so crazy about this balm though. It smells good like the oil but is not nearly as powerful. It says to use it on pulse points like a perfume but the smell isnt that strong. You can also rub it under your nose, apparently, but I have sensitive skin so I don't plan to try that. I will stick with the oil. A drop of that on my pillow smells great and is definitely relaxing. Get the oil instead!

I use the entire Essence of Vali "sleep" collection and this product is great. My only issue is that it caused me to break out under my nose when I applied it. To be fair, I have very sensitive skin, so it may be me and not the product. It smells great though and now I use this at my bedside and just rub it on my wrists.

Did everything it said it would. I use it every night and I'm sleeping sooooooo much better. I wil buy another one soon.

I love this product. It helps me fall asleep so much faster. It smells heavenly. I am now using my second container of the balm. Going to order the multi piece kit next time.

This balm helped me sleep better. I just put a small amount under my nose and on my palms and it worked.

did not like the scent and not as effective as a previous lavender sleep balm used from New Zealand for two months.

Not sure if it helps me sleep better, but it smells great, moisturizes my nose and I really like it.
