So odd
I loved the idea of unwrapping vintage-looking ornaments for advent. But, this calendar is so poorly made, it has just become a humorous event each day to see what we get. When each day is opened, the ornament's pocket is off a few inches from the door. We never know which pocket is for each day. Then we try to take out the ornament. It is impossible without ripping through the box to pull out the too-big ornaments from the small doors. The ornaments - we are on day 13 and there have been several repeats of the same singing angels, rocking horses, and skiing Santas. Several of the ornaments have a rushed makeup job. It appears that the faces were quickly painted on, then shoved into their pockets while the paint was still wet which as resulted in smeared faces. At this point, it is just humorous. We are still putting these ornaments of the tree and will most likely look back on them with fond memories of advent 2020.

Attractive wooden ornaments, and a nice tradition
We bought these to adorn a tiny “charlie brown” tree I’ve had since I was a kid. It needed an upgrade, and it was fun to open one of these a day and watch the tree transform. Beautiful little ornaments. They repeat themes a bit but that ends up looking really nice on the tree. The kids liked that there was an extra bit of paper in the box they had to break through (under the little cardboard doors). The only complaint was that the little doors are misaligned or incorrectly sized for the presents underneath, so the kids often needed help extracting the ornaments. But they are sturdy, and very attractive. Better than expected. And good value for money. These will remain in the family for a long time.

Most pieces looks defective
Company needs to work on their quality control; every piece but one looked defective: body parts different sizes, smeared paint, accessories not glued on straight (beards glued onto chests; angel wings crooked).

Cute but could be sturdier
Bought this for my toddler to open and decorate his mini tree one day at a time. Perforated holes are hard to open and some of the ornaments feature very thin wood (thinner than a matchstick) and are prone to breakage. Still loved each one - reminds me of some of my Mom's older ornaments. 💞

Fun, but doors were misaligned
I loved it but the doors weren't aligned with the holes where the pieces were, so you'd open one door but have two pieces showing or only half a piece and have to rip the box next to it to get it.

Fragile but fun
My kids LOVED this advent calendar, and the ornaments are so cute! Sadly, a few of them broke rather easily. Overall it was still totally worth it and I would recommend it.

Perfect size ornaments for a small tree
The ornaments are small for a regular size tree- the perfect size for a tabletop one. The only issue is that on the back it shows what ornaments are in the box.
