I have used this product per the instructions. I have yet to see any results. I do not recommend this product. I do however like this brand but not this particular product.

This product did curb my appetite as advertised, but what I was happiest about was the energy/mood boost. I don't know which ingredient -- or combination of ingredients -- made that happen, but I was happy and grateful. Afternoons are often difficult for me, but taking these in mid-morning and again in mid-afternoon helped me have a physically and cognitively productive day. It felt like a natural good mood with and there was no crash.The pills are large but the shape and consistency make them easy to swallow. I took two at a time.They are a little pricey, but -- sorry for the cliche -- you get what you pay for. I bought my first bottle because it was on sale and I was annoyed about my post-menopausal extra 10 lbs. :-) After that I bought it because it works!
