Keeps your brew warm as expected, however the lid is crap, my one broke within a week, and emailed the warranty team . Don’t expect a reply really poor service from Stanley avoid this product , it’s over priced and poor quality plastic.

I purchased a Stanley Classic Twinlock Travel Mug to use when cycling. It fits beautifully in to a bottle cage. From here it goes rapidly downhill. The diagrams in the instruction booklet are extremely small meaning I'm unable to clearly determine how to disassemble and reassemble the lid and it's locking mechanism. I need to be able to understand this because the first time I used the item the cam arm which helps to lock the lid in place flew off. After repeated attempts to reassemble I've given up as it's apparent if I try to force the lid and cam arm in some way it will break.Whether or not this mug has good insulation properties I can't say. I can though comment it's poorly manufactured, the locking mechanism is far from secure and this can be dangerous when filled without liquid, the instruction booklet is printed so small it's impossible to read, there are no PDF instructions on the Stanley website meaning one can't access images and enlarge them. A poor product which I have returned.Be very wary of this travel mug if you are considering it.

Cracking cup watch you don't burn the lips of yourself when you take a drink.

Mine arrived yesterday and does exactly what it says on the tin and does not leak. Very happy with it.

Excellent for hot drinks

Having had a few travel mugs in the past there's never been any that have even come close to what this has achieved while working long hours outdoors landscaping. This really keeps your joe as hot as it was when you first made it at home in the morning and the twin lock system works wonders, I don't know why people are moaning about it leaking when you tip it upside down of course that will happen you do that you silly gooses it isn't meant to be that way. I haven't had any leaks while walking around and it can be chucked about and with its sturdy build I have faith it will handle whatever comes its way.
