I usually wear a small size, so I bought one in this size. It is really tight at the chest and even tighter when you put the battery in this jacket. It was extremely uncomfortable. The jacket is very, very wide below the waist and it looked horrible. The jacket is also really thin and even with the battery on, it did not keep me warm. I put it on and tested it for 20 minutes in my house with the power on. It didn't even keep me warm in a BUILDING, with the HEATING on. This product does not look as good/beautiful in the picture. The material is pretty cheap, too. No wonder this store has gotten SEVEN legitimate complaints over the last 3 years on the Better Business Bureau, which is pretty large considering how small the store's customer base is! I wish I could give it 0 stars if it was possible. Do yourself a favor and do NOT buy it!

So I bought this coat because I'm always cold in the fall and winter. I wasn't to sure about how well this jacket would work. But living up north where it gets to be -20F out I figured I would take the chance. I'm very pleasently surprised of how warm it is. I have the battery for the heat but I haven't really needed to use it because the jacket is so warm by itself. I really can't believe how it keeps my warmth in considering how light the jacket is. Its not heavy like my long coat before this one was. I was outside at night for hours at a winter bonfire party and didn't even get cold. It wasn't nessary for me to stand next to the fire for warmth like everyone else. Everyone who sees the coat is impressed by it and how warm it stays. For someone like me who is cold all the time it was the best thing ever. Its even very easy to wash. It has 4 pockets for all your stuff, but one is for the battery. Battery charges well and lasts a long time. I never had it on for more than 5 hrs so I can't tell you for sure how long it lasts but it works great. I love the slots for your thumb on the extended cuffs. I always hated how snow would go down my sleeves as I brushed off my truck. Now it's a thing of the past. I have been searching for a heated coat like this for a while because I love the long coats. So if you're on the fence I say buy it, trust me when I say you will not regret it. If your looking for getting someone this as a gift, they will love it. For sizing I followed the chart , I was between a medium and large, I went with a large beceuse I like having room for hoodies or whatever and it still fits me well.

I took it out of the box and knew it was to small looks like a size 2. Seller would not pay for return shipping but Amazon came through. It is beautiful though. But because seller did not want to pay shipping I did not try to reorder a larger size.

Our transaction was derailed as soon as I placed the order. The company charged the transaction to the wrong credit card. I used the "Contact the Seller" feature multiple times to correct that problem and several other issues. The seller either didn't respond or would take as long as 7 days to respond. When the seller did respond, they blamed Amazon instead of taking responsibility for their shortcomings and trying to resolve our issues. The jacket arrived, without the battery and charger. It didn't fit as described, runs almost a full size smaller. We asked Amazon to utilize the A to Z Guarantee, which they did. The day that my A to Z Guarantee was approved, the battery and charger arrived via UPS. We were never notified in the initial transaction or "Contact the Seller" messages that there would be 2 shipments. Gobi is not a very well managed company. After we received our refund, we donated the jacket to charity.

This coat is amazing!! As someone that hates the cold, I am seriously in love! And the color is to die for! It’s super comfortable too! It’s been nice and warm with and without the heater on, which is so nice for our Utah fall that likes to change from super chilly winter temps back down to just slightly chilly weather Lol. My favorite thing is the heat zones in the front that heat up the pockets so my hands stay warm!! 😍

I couldn't resist and when the coat got here, I got it all set up, charged the battery, figured out how it all worked. Turned it on and left on the coat rack. My wife came home from work, it was about 12 F outside. She said she was freezing, and I said, "well I guess I should give you your new coat now for Christmas."She was amazed how warm it was and could not believe how great it was made. I didn't have to show her the features, other than how to plug the battery into the coat or charger, and turn the temp up or down.As the picture shows where we live, we can go from sunny and fresh veggies from the garden, to shoveling piles of wind driven snow in North Dakota. This is the perfect coat. My wife could not believe there was such a thing. She raved about it all night and wore until bedtime!I reminded her to recharge her battery, so it was ready for the next morning. FABULOUS PRODUCT! Thanks to those women in Colorado!

The jacket is pretty nice definitely worth the price! I would recommend this jacket to everyone! I got it as a present for my wife and she loves it

When I ordered this I was nervous it was going to be bulky and really puffed, its not! It is perfect, light weight and surprisingly warm. You can start feeling heat in about 30 seconds but it takes longer to get to a high temp. It is like a walking heating pad. My only dislike is The battery is a little heavy in comparison to the coat and I cant tell when the battery is off so my battery died when not in use. But I do like that if you tap the button it shows the battery level. Overall this is the best I have seen or used. It heats the entire upper torso area. Even off it is warm but light weight plus made in USA I believe by a female run compay. I have bragged about this coat every chance I get since it arrived. You will love it.
