Exactly what I ordered. Great product.

Egregious design flaw. The pin which holds the spring for the cutting head has no restraints - one end popped out of its hole and created a loud buzz. 20 minutes and a punctured finger later, the pin was back in place - and popped out after 10 seconds.

Love this trimmer, the only downside is that the battery is non-removable. so expect to have to buy a new one. From my order history on Amazon, my First purchase of this was 2012 , second was 2016, then the latest one 2025. so at least they do last at least 4 years at a time on the low end.

Works much better than newer models!! Cuts closer, easier to clean. I had the same model previously - it worked perfectly for 10 years.

I have been using a Remington MB30 beard trimmer that I bought in 2013. It still works, but duct tape holds it together. So, I decided to upgrade to a current model. The new trimmer arrived today, and it is solidly built and very effective for trimming my beard and moustache. And, this superior trimmer cost less than I paid in 2013! Highly recommended!
