EAS Complete Protein Powder - Chocolate - 2 Lb

Highly recommend, this is a great drink by EAS. I have lost fat drinking this product. I work out regularly, but my diet is the biggest obstacle I struggle with. I can build muscle pretty easily, but the belly fat is the hardest to lose. Thankfully I found this. I use it for a post work out sometimes but because of the vitamins I use it as my breakfast replacement before work. Some people’s complaints about this product may be that it contains soy protein and soy is not as efficient as whey for absorption and building muscle mass. However, soy does keep you fuller longer than whey, which makes it a fantastic meal replacement or snack.My breakfast is this:1 serving of this (chocolate version) powder1 1/2 cups almond milk1 tbsp of peanut butter (I started using peanut butter powder, but it takes 2 or 3 tbsp of that I equal the regular peanut butter)IceMy primary method of this drink is a meal replacement, and it works excellent for that and really helps you lose weight. It actually keeps me full through the whole morning, which other protein powders, or even a lot of meal replacement drinks don’t do. I can get from about 7am - noon with this. I’ve used it to replace a lunch instead on other occasions and it can get you until dinner. If I have a “sweets” craving, i’ll make it again. Don’t use it to replace every meal, you need real food, but replace one meal with this and you will lose weight if the other meals are healthy.TL;DR: I use this to replace my breakfast and/or sweets cravings and I lose weight. It tastes good too.

I only had this a few times but it seems to do the job. Unlike other brands it kept me full for quite a while after drinking it and it didn't upset my stomach. That said, I don't like the taste of it. I've tried it with water, milk, and almond milk. Water, by far, was the worst. It was tolerable with the milks, but barely so, to me. I don't think that it tastes like chocolate at all, at least far less so than other brands I have tried. The container it comes in is pretty awesome and will probably end up being used to store my step-son's Lego's.

Unfortunately there is nothing I can do to make this taste good! I love the pre-made ready to go shakes but the powder is hard to mix and just doesn't taste the same. I will not be ordering again it takes all I have to swallow 8 oz!

Taste is great is completely mixed (I can't do chunks, yuck)Order via prime so shipping was fast.Like all protein powder the container was only half full.I use for a morning meal replacement, I have low blood sugar so I have to eat something that will stay in my system for a few hours, especially since I had the vertical sleeve gastrectomy done in 2013, this works and the protein keeps me full until lunch and i've already lost 5lbs!

NOT the same as the 100% whey and tastes 100% worse than the whey, and keeps a chalky consistency even after blending. Look elsewhere.

Protein powder is never particularly appetizing, but this one does a great job of coming as close as it can to being tasty. It's The chocolate flavor is decent and it mixes well into milk or water when I use my magic bullet. I like that it has 25 g of protein and not a lot of sugar. This means I can mix it in with other things to add protein. The chocolate flavor makes it great to add to various desserts to make them slightly healthier. Definitely recommend this product!

This product has saved my mornings. When I was younger I would have the traditional milk and cereal and this would make me run out of gas early in the day. Now with this product, you add in some milk, ice, your choice of fruit, plus 2 scoops of this stuff (2 scoops is a serving on their label). Not only is it satisfying, but it also helps curb hunger.

Clumpy. Not good for a shaker bottle. Works fine in blender though.
