Flowers arrived sloppily packed, as if just thrown into the box. No moisture in packing, every tulip stem was bone dry and limp with flower petal tips beginning to brown on about a third of them. My 95 year old step mom was so heartbroken, she followed all the instructions in hopes they would bounce back but instead, half fell apart the next day, and all were dead within 48 from delivery. I ordered from stargazer before and was pleased with flowers then, which why I used them again for Mothers Day; as tilted an extreme disappointment.

When we first got the flowers, they were limp and looked very sad. After a few days in water they revived and looked so much better. Still not quite as good as the pictures, but much better.
