The Panera Bread Cookbook: Breadmaking Essentials and Recipes from America's Favorite Bakery-Cafe

I should have used the 'look inside' feature: this book is one third bread recipes and two thirds sandwich recipes. That's fine if that's what you want (although I'm not convinced that anyone needs sandwich recipes). Might be of interest to US readers hooked on Panera cafés. It's also entirely US measurements.

None of the recipes in this book have been at Panera Bread. I was looking for recipes that were actually at Panera Bread. Was pretty disappointed. Gave the book away.

which I really liked. This cookbook has that recipe in it so now I can make my own!

Great recipes. I especially liked the sour dough starter. I bought the book for my sister, and now it's on my Kindle!
