Battery life is unbelievable. I use it all the time and I charge it twice a year or so. Uncanny. I use it instead of shaving my head with a razer, it shaves very close to bold, exactly what I needed.

I don't leave reviews often but I decided to leave one for xtava Pro Cordless Hair Clippers. I trim my hair very short about once per month (sometimes twice) - about 5-15 min per haircut. I bought these clippers for Christmas in 2021. It's been year and a half. I haven't had to charge them yet after that one initial charge! They are currently about at 35% charge. My only, very small, complain is that the blade is a bit narrow comparing to my previous clippers.I read in some reviews people complaining that it is tough to open and clean. I took me maybe 3 min to figure out how to open and close them. I do this every hair cur to clean and oil the clippers. So far nothing broke.Considering the price for these clippers (lower than majority of everything else on the market) I believe this is a great deal.

I ordered this shaver for one specific purpose. To shave down to stubble. I found that comb guards are not easy to use especially when you want to get down shorter than 3 mm. I saw a review of the Brio Beardscape which had a micro adjustment from 1.9 mm - 1.0 mm on the blade itself. I figured if it worked the way it appears to, it would be much better than using guard combs.I didn't want to pay close to $100 for just that one feature. So I did some searching and there are a number of shavers with the same feature ranging from $10 - $100. The next problem I ran into was that only certain items can be sent to an Amazon locker (I can't receive packages at my address). I wanted to try one that was under $30 to make sure that the feature worked. The XTAVA was the only one that met that criteria and could be sent to the Amazon locker. The shaver seemed more professional with it's digital readout than some of the more expensive ones.While waiting for it to be delivered, I found an unboxing and review video from one guy. He didn't seem to care for it during the unboxing, but in the review video he posted years later he was still using it and said it was his favorite.I've had it less than a week so I don't know how it will turn out in the long run, but it is impressive for such a low price. The micro adjustments do work the way I hoped. I also appreciate the amount of detail in the instructions that are included with the item.

If you compare this product to Wahl or Andis, you will notice that these clipper's attachments have about twice as many teeth, and the clipper blades have finer teeth. These clippers give such a more accurate and consistent cut it is unbelievable. I have very fine hair, and other brands give me a multi-length cut that never looks 'tight.' The clippers make my cut look tight. The two-sided clip guards cut down on bathroom clutter, and the slide that lets you adjust closeness makes my beard and moustache trimmer obsolete. I trimmed my facial hair and cut my hair in about 25 minutes. The battery went from 100% to 86%. I doubt you can cut for 4.5 hours between charges, but I have not tried that. I would recommend this to anyone that cuts their own hair, or trims their beard or mustache, especially if you travel. It is also a very quiet clipper. I just got it for Christmas, so I don't know how durable it is, but it seems well crafted.

Bought these in the begining of pandemic and used about twice monthly. Have worked really good and only snag now is that the small guard was fitting loosely and was making me less confident that it wasn't going to stay on. I was able to finish my haircut but through some type of divine intervention, the guard fell and broke in half! I know I've drop them before but this time it hit an edge and broke. I would buy the clipper again since they're not pricey but looking to get a different one that might have a closer to skin cut.

Honestly, I bought this trimmer to trim up my Lhaso Apso whose hair grows at an exponential rate. This was affordable and did exactly what I needed. it was fairly quiet and worked great.

I have a short beard and mustache, and a fringe around my bald head, and I like to keep them all neat. For years I fussed with small "beard-trimmers," and always had to finish up afterward with scissors. Then I decided to move up to a "big brother" hair trimmer. Frankly, I don't recall why I chose this one, perhaps a special sale? Anyway, I love this machine. It fits comfortably in the hand, has a solid heft, hums quietly, and cuts like a banshee. I do my beard, mustache, and fringe with it, and some body hair. It takes little cleaning or maintenance, and the battery is truly amazing -- I can do myself for 5 or 6 weeks running, and the battery is still 80+% charged. I've considered getting another of these, just in case the company ever goes out of business or stops making them. If you've been strugging with small beard-trimmers, try this one -- you won't go back.

Trimmer is nice, works well and is very quiet but I'm not able to achieve the same close shave as my old trimmer. Without any clip on combs, the guide that the blades slide on is thicker metal than my older trimmer. Because of that at the lowest setting it doesn't cut as close. The end result is more of a short scruff vs 5 o'clock shadow and having to shave more frequently, so I will likely buy a different trimmer.

This is much better than brands you might have heard of.

The best is the long battery life. I use it to cut my son's hair and it is very easy to handle. It does a good, close job.

Order this is product. Turned it on a few times no problem. When I went to use it , stopped. Lights up but nothing. Checked maybe the blade was stuck, nope. Bought a WAHL clipper, works perfectly
