The pills do work very well (as I am familiar with using this particular supplement).Major problem (and this is why I gave it a 2 stars), I started taking this supplement (Forskolin) on the day I received it … (Mar 12th). I am taking two pills per day. So as I go to take my second pill on Mar 22nd … I remove the cotton insert and there are only “NINE” pills left. The bottle should contain 60 pills (either a 30-day supply (a pill taken twice per day) or a 60-day supply (1 pill taken daily). Oddly enough, when I received the package I told my sister & niece the box was very light. I opened the box later and the container was smaller. I just presumed the company had reformatted/redesigned the packaging to save money. Now I know why it was so light – I only received half of the supply I purchased

I received my Forskolin product today. It took longer than I expected but I got it and no problems. I took my first pill today and soon after I felt a little more energized and you can takeit on an empty stomach which is good for me because I'm not a big eater until dinner time so its isually snacks before then. I've taken many products i the past with no effect on me at all so I'm hoping this works considering it already gave me a boost of energy whoch is good cause I usually have NO energy at all.

Great product! I've read positive media reports about Forskolin supplement and I just started taking Forskolin recently. I exercise a few times a week and try to eat well and have already lost a few lbs. I haven't changed my exercise or eating patterns so my assumption would be that the Forskolin claims are accurate. I have always loved Forskolin as addition to my supplement regimen and exercise routine. I can tell you for certain that it does not suppress my appetite, nor does it make me full fuller faster, nor does it give me added energy.What I can say is that when I don't take it I have a harder time building lean muscle and burning fat.And if you don't already know this....building muscle burns more fat, so the more muscle you have the more fat you burn! Don't expect to see huge losses on the scale when you step on, because muscle weighs more than fat, but be prepared to feel it in the fit of your clothes! I can notice right away that my belly collects fat faster than usual when I'm not taking it. I love Forskolin, but there are stronger and more pure brands to be found.
