This is the only light I could find with enough ...
This is the only light I could find with enough power to light a medium sized outdoor Halloween scene, It's a strong light, and has a definite UV blacklight effect. I went through many other lights. All of the outdoor ones are underpowered, and the 18W bulb mentioned in another is not rated for outdoor use. A store-bought LED blacklight was only capable of weakly lighting a single ghost in a tree at about a 5 foot distance. This light got every ghost on the entire tree and more at about a 10 foot distance, with a really strong glow. The coverage area and strength of the UV blacklight effect on this light were far and beyond two other outdoor options I tried.

Save your money
Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this light despite the nice housing. I purchased it for a Halloween party and was immediately disappointed by its lack of output. It is not bright enough for any substantial blacklight effect. I then purchased an ADJ BLB18W 18-Watt Ultraviolet LED Blacklight to compare and was blown away by the difference. The Minion web light was like a tiny night light compared to the ADJ spotlight but cost 2x as much after high shipping costs. Save your money, buy the ADJ.
