Q: what size would i order for a mens small

Hat sizes are really difficult. The best thing will be to measure around your head in cms and call Borges & Scott. They are very helpful and will make sure you get the correct size.

Q: around my head is 60,61 cm what is that in hat size

That should be a Large. (and they will always exchange sizes). You might also get some 'inner liners' which have worked well for mein taking up any little slack in size.

Q: price of large £5 more then extra large????? why is this????

This may relate to the rim size, I bought one with a wider brim, and I am very happy with it as it covers the back Of the neck from the sun.. best hat I have bought so far.
