This tea is Good for shedding a few pounds. If you are consistent with working out and eating healthy you'll see results faster. At first I was eating crappy and not working out but I saw results. 1 tea bag didn't work for me, I have to use 2. Everyone is different, I heat up my water and let the tea bags set for about 30 minutes so it's potent and strong. I will be honest the bowel movement can be painful as far as stomach cramping but you can instantly see flattening in your abdomen and you feel less bloated.
