The product worked as described, until it stopped working altogether. I haven't had it that long...maybe used it 5 times. Terrible return policy...30 days?? Absurd. I can return groceries after that many days lol.

works good with iTunesthe lightning plug is too short if you want to use it with iPad in case, you have to remove the iPad from the case,look at the long plug that Apple used on there pencil.

Easy to use with the free app.

Worked great for 2 months, then it quit working all together. Tried plugging it into multiple machines and it doesnt get detected. Can't return it now. Waste of money for me.

I've only had this for a day but so far, it seems to be a good product. However, I'm taking away 1 star because I had to take my case (which is very thin) off in order for it to work. I've attached pictures to show it won't connect to the external drive (the PQI iConnect) if my case is on but once I remove it, it connects just fine. I also tried it with my iPad Mini and iPad Air and it works like a charm but again, you have to remove the case in order to use it. Only way you can bypass the case issue is probably with a case that is completely open at the bottom.You do have to install an app in order to use it but the app is very simple looking l and easy to use.

I bought this to download my photostream off my IPad. It worked almost effortlessly. My only issues are these: the item does not come with any sort of information. You need to search for the extensive and well-written 26-page manual on the internet. It also does not work if you have a case on your iPad. At first I thought that the item was defective because all the other lightning connectors I have used all worked with my case on my iPad. I emailed the vendor and they responded very quickly and positively to help me. The packaging should include the url for the manual and a sentence about having to take your case off your device to use it. I wish they had a 32mb version.

Does exactly as it says, and more. For anyone wondering about being able to put movies on it and watch them directly on your iPad, yes you can. Brilliant piece of kit so far, easy to save documents and photos with no problems so far.
