Rebuff Reality Tracker Powerbank - 2000mAh 10 hours battery for VIVE Tracker - for Full Body Tracking in VR and Motion Capture - Coil Cables do not Interfere with Tracking

I use these exclusively for games like VRChat where I could be in FBT for easily 8+ hours on longer days, and I have never burned through the battery on these to even begin affecting the trackers themselves. They work great, take maybe 3-4 hours to charge on my Anker turbo charger when used for ~10 hours(so I assume that is longest charge time), and aren't noticeable when wearing.They're very thin and naturally fit between whatever strap you have and the tracker themselves without adding any noticeable weight.

so i picked this up for full body charging. this is a great charger especially for its price that screws right into your tracker mounts the same way your trackers do. it is ALITTLE bulky and noticeable at first however that changes after a few hours of use. my only concern is that it does not have a button or switch to activate the charging function. it will charge as soon as it is plugged into a device that draws power. this is a tad frustrating because it requires me to plug in the charging cables *good low profile cables btw* when the battery gets low on my trackers. this can cause damage to your vive trackers if you are not careful when you plug them in and out too frequently. if it had a button or switch that would activate the charge so i could leave the cords plugged in. i would have zero complaints.

Overall, when they worked. They're invaluable and work flawlessly with the vive trackers. It was only when I just noticed one of the trackers was using its internal battery. I tried swapping cables and trackers to rule out if it was something in the middle, but the power bank will not deliver a charge. I know its fully charged because when I plug it in, the blue light stays solid on the powerbank itself.I hope it's only a fluke, but considering the fact that there are several complaints about the lack of support contact and very sluggish response times will make me wonder if any of their products are worth in the future.UPDATE: After contacting rebuff reality, they were kind and patient when contacting them, it took them a little while to respond, but I was able to get a replacement battery back from them. I changed my rating to 5 stars since the battery backs are great for 2.0s and 3.0 trackers.

Bought 3. One broke right away. Light constantly stayed on without being used. The other two are working ok but just now had an issue where I know I fully charged them but for some reason my trackers still ended up dying. I'm stuck with two until I either buy another one or get the trackstrap plus.

Bought 3. Two months in and 2 of the batteries stopped holding a charge entirely. Support emails were never responded to.

Battery bank is nice and well built, I don't have any issues with the trackers wanting to spin lose on them due to thegrip material that is on them. The added weight isn't noticeable when playing so I tend to leave them on all the time.the added height that the batter bank gives helps with baggy pants or PJ's which is a nice bonus. No issues with them even on my warn out track straps or my 3d printed mounts so very comparable with most holders.

It’s convenient shape and size is perfect for placing on top of alternative straps, such as mine. There’s a little sag on the waist tracker, but besides that it’s almost unnoticeable.

Great if you already have the trackers and trackstaps. a nice upgrade to them. Batteries now last longer then I can in VR.

2 of them seemed to work perfectly while the 3rd one doesn't seem to work at all. I am unable to charge it tried different cables and different plugs and all the same result also tried plugging it into the vive tracker and the tracker didn't respond at all. Contacted there support about 24hrs ago and yet to get a response.
