Mondo Device is in CM
The mondo device is in CM and is used for measuring things like ski boot size etc. Don't purchase this for normal shoe sizing

Device is built to the usual Brannock quality, but I'm really disappointed that the width is measured in A-E rather than Mondopoint mm - which is what I'd expect from a device labelled as Mondo.

Very Disappointing
The Brannock Device is made to last but unfortunately for me impossible to convert. I bought the Mondo model because it stated it was for children and adults. I cannot find a conversion chart for the readings and therefore it is meaningless to me. My foot measurement is "23.5". That corresponds to nothing in the US or UK number systems that I am familiar with. The Brannock Device comes with instructions clearly showing a USA device (ergo not helpful) and when you go to the website, it has some kind of conversion charts but I am not sure how accurate it is. My Mondo number seems to convert to a "size 6 Women's" but I know that I am at least an 8 if not 8.5. Will have to send this back, unfortunately, and with all the others specifying a specific age group or sex type, I am not sure if there is one that is universal.
