I've had this drink after every workout since being introduced to it. It is an excellent product and there really isn't anything else like it on the market. There are many medical publications showing not only the nutritional but also the athletic benefits of omega-3 supplementation. The carbs in the drink are from real fruit and not the cheap fillers/sugars that are running rampant in the supplement industry. All added with a solid list of natural, high-quality ingredients you'd expect in a sports recovery drink. I have to say... for a drink primarily comprised of fish oil, fruit juice, and protein... this thing tastes pretty good. I will definitely be making this a staple in my post workout nutrition going forward.

I’ve always hated taking omega3 pills because they made me burp fishy afterwards but this drink amazingly does not! & it’s actually taste better than any protein drink I’ve tried! Definitely ordering again!

I am a 60 year triathlete with an emphasis on swimming and cycling. I have been searching for something - anything - that will help me recover after intervals. Not something that will just reduce muscle fatigue but also help with the soreness -the kind that makes it hurt just to climb the stairs the next day. I've been using ER for just over 3 months...After the first hard set.... ."hmmm...okay...I think it is helping"; second time..."yeah, I think it is"....the third time after hammering Deer Creek...."Yeah, this is working". AND NO BLOATING after drinking...Love it! Give it two weeks and you will be converted.

Great sports drink! I have had these drinks several times now after a long run, and I think they’ve helped a lot in giving me back energy quickly. They also don’t taste too bad like some other sports drinks. I think they are a great value for what you get! A very underrated product!
