Works great for short trips.
Works great, unfortunately a nut was missing on the inside of the plastic piece that goes on the bike. Thankfully I finally took the front panel off to figure that out and just had to find a nut. Like others said, no instructions but it’s not too hard to figure out. If you found that the feet were facing the wrong was you probably put the bars on backwards... My daughter is almost 5 and I am 20 weeks pregnant and still found the ride enjoyable. You do have to ride improperly (bo-legged) so I wouldn’t suggest using it for super long bike rides, but not bad for a few miles to the park and back. We tried her in the baby seat before this (copiolet limo) and she felt sooo heavy, and made it hard to balance with her being behind me. It didn’t feel too much different weight wise having her in front of me and I didn’t once feel like we were going to fall over.

Needed to make some adjustments. See attaches photos. 4 stars.
The media could not be loaded. We love it!!! I have a Giant Cruiser/ Size S (type of bike) and the attachments fit. My toddler is 3 1/2 years old and is able to hold on and sit properly. She says the seat comfortable. Comes with a belt, it feels safer with it.No instructions but was able to figure out. A couple extra screws, we think we assembled it correctly.... Tip: If you're not able to screw in the bolts to the "black box looking thing" that attaches below the adult seat then open the box, you need to pop the bolts back in it's place in order to screw it in. The seat itself is sturdy and stays in place but the handle and foot rest was very wobbly. I just used electrical tape to keep it from wiggling. I've attached some pictures so you can see what I mean. It took my husband and I about 45 minutes from start to finish. We used our own socket wrench. The wrench that is provided would've probably took us forever. You do have to ride sorta bold legged because of where the child sits but it doesn't bother me. I sat on the seat while my husband packed me to determine if it's safe/sturdy. Passed the test.Overall I feel that this product is worth the price. Get it if you don't mind doing a little alterations. It's a fraction of all the competitors out there. I will use it often.

About what you'd expect
Not bad for the price. It's what I expected it to be and does what we need it to do. No instructions as other reviewers have said, but it was very easy to put together using the pictures as a reference. That being said. The handles are rough and our daughter is already complaining about the texture of them even with gloves on, after one day of use. It also claims to be universal but the people who assembled our bike for us had trouble getting it on our Huffy Nel Lusso due to the way the bike is made, but after turning it sideways and squeezing the bars together they were able to get it on securely. Had our bike frame been just a half inch thicker, it would not have fit at all. Just something to keep in mind.

Great purchase!
I never felt steady using the large back seat with my child so I wanted something on the front to center the extra weight. This little seat was easy to install, but faster with a 10mm ratcheting wrench. The directions are not completely clear/missing steps, so you need to be a tiny bit mechanically minded. The ride with my 3.5 year old was very balanced. I did have to widen my stance a little but it wasn't bothersome. The only thing I worry about is that my child will kick her feet off the foot rests and get them caught in the front tire spokes while we are moving. She's old enough to follow directions but I may try to put some velcro straps on the foot rests to be safe before I take her for a ride longer than around the block. Great purchase.

Good find
My 21mo old loves it. Definitely recommend this. Cons: needs a little back rest so the child's back is not rubbing on adult seat, will also help with better securing child if they fall asleep. Needs consent adjustment to keep nuts tight. I have a surf rack that is same way so not a big deal.Pros: can easily grab child and protect with own body if someone wasn't paying attention to the road while on their cell phone while driving. Helps the child with balance for bike riding.

not worth it
I bought this seat bc i have a beach cruiser bike and I saw other reviewers that said it worked for them. But I am having a tough time making it work. The screws that came with it didn't fit in some of the places, I had to go to the hardware store and buy new ones. The bars under the seat are not very sturdy, when I try to tighten the screws it bends them and it isn't tight enough bc it still moves. Where the seat attaches to the seat stem is the only place it attaches to the bike, the seat part is basically free floating. Not worth it, buy a different one.

Great for toddlers
I bought this for my three and a half year old that isn’t quite ready for longer bike rides. I didn’t want a bulky trailer or a rear child seat. Just something simple. This definitely works. I have a schwinn mountain bike and had no problems mounting it. If you have a hard time looking at a picture and trying to figure out where parts go, you will have a hard time. Didn’t come with any instructions. It was pretty simple though to look at the picture and figure out where the pieces go. I am 5’3” and can see over him just fine. He likes being able to have a conversation. Doesn’t come with a belt but wouldn’t be hard to add one. The seat is nicely padded. You definitely are a bit bowlegged while riding, which isn’t bad for a couple miles. You get used to the feeling. Seems sturdy, but would recommend checking and tightening bolts every once in a while. Overall I found it to be a perfect solution for us, and not bad for the price.

Good purchase
I like that my child can sit in the front. She can see everything, and we can talk to each other easily. However, there are zero directions for assembly, it is difficult to pedal (must ride a little bow legged), and it feels cheaply made (but it fit nicely in our budget). Overall, I am happy with our purchase and would recommend this seat if you’re only using it for quick family bike rides.
