This is definitely worth the buy. I have had 2 other waist trainers before one priced at $10 and the other at $50 (the standard one with the rigid spine and three rows of hooks) and this is the best one in design and functionality. This one is the best quality because it is heavy duty, supportive and durable for my workouts. There are multiple Velcro bands in the bodice, and they are all thick, sturdy, and best of all adjustable to a wide range. I mostly wear this when I am working out, and I feel secure that it’s not going to budge (or the Velcro won’t start to slip during my workout letting everyone know I’m working out in my waist trainer). It is relatively thick, so if I’m wearing a T-shirt that’s my size but not fitted, it doesn’t show. With a fitted shirt, it does. That happens with most waist trainers though. This is a good buy. I would recommend.

Measurements were WAY off!! It’s too late to return the item but it definitely did not fit. I measured myself and followed her guidelines but still way too small. I suggest going up a size to fit correctly. Sorry, I wish I had a better review, unfortunately I did not really get to even test the product because of the size. Unfortunately I work at night and put the trainer aside and forgot to send it back and it’s past the 30 days.

I absolutely love the product... But the back wiring is irritating and pokes me as I do have a deep arch.. I just add extra padding to this area for cushion.

Love it. This makes me sweat more as I workout like it's supposed to! I bought the pink one and it's super cute. I currently am in between a 16/18 but my waist is smaller(hour glass), so the XL fits perrrrrrfect. Also as a CNA this feels great on my back muscles!

I think it’s perfect and I plan to lose weight so it will become bigger.Ohhhhh one more thing. I saw reviews complaining that it’s irritating their skin YOU ARE SUPPOSE TO WEAR A THIN SHIRT UNDER. Not straight to skin. I wear a latex work out blouse. Sweat is amazing !!
