Here piggy piggy!
This turned out better than I had expected. I have added extra spikes and accessories and I am king of the barbquers! I have done two 70 pound pigs so far and countless chickens and turkeys. Runs like a charm and handles everything I've thrown at it. Well built and solid.

On my second use of this time, Both sides literally fell apart during the pig roast and the pig ended up in the fire. What a 4th of July disaster. Save your money. Don't buy. Also, I did write Commercial Bargains Inc. asking for a refund of this item.

Great spit !!
Good product . I used to cook a lamb and came out great . The motor had no problems at all , everything hold up and I love how its not shallow and holds the heat. My only problem was that the two sides of the spit where the legs go are spot welded and are very weak and I had to fix them before I used it. Also I bought cast iron grates for it. I didn't like the ones that came with.

Missing parts
Missing the rear and side wind screens, came dented with a few of the tack welds busted.

One wheel was not threaded and one upright support was not drilled to accept spit support. Had it been fully intact it would have been better

Solid Purchase
We bought the one with a 150 lb motor to rotisserie roast a whole lamb for Easter. We charcoal roasted a 32 lb lamb and it handled that beautifully. We will have to try a larger pig next! The skewer is square shaped and comes with a U shaped clip system to keep the meat on the skewer. There are 2 "trenches" under the grill for charcoal and/or wood. The height of the skewer is also adjustable and can be changed at any time. We love this product and will be using it for years to come.

Cheap construction
The motor mount attachment is sub standard and could not handle a 110 # pig. The attachment began to fail. Cheap construction. Advertised for 154 #.

Great for lamb!
Worked great for a lamb! Look forward to trying a hog. It was a little bit loose and required a little tweaking to make the spit fully engage into motor but not an insurmountable problem.
