Elderberry Concentrate, 360 Immunity, 8 fl oz | Daily Wellness from European Elderberry Extract

I've got a base, dry hard cider recipe that I use varying extracts or concentrates for and the elderberry was next on the list. It was difficult to find something that was 'clean' and did not contain extra sugars, etc. While expensive (elderberry is IN, baby!), the Elderberry Cider has been well received by friends and family. It's light, dry and easy to drink. I used 2 of the 8oz concentrate bottles in a 4.5 gal batch. I'd buy again in the future for this use.

I’m a fan of 360 Nutrition since when I compare ingredients to other brands, seems to be a better value. I bought this and it’s a little thick and sour, but assuming that is normal for these types of products.

it is a great quality product. a few drops in glass of water give a mildly fruity taste. No bitterness or "cough syrup" taste like most of elderberry products. I give it to everyone in my household to ward of Corona virus.

Do not have any dislikes yet. It is taken for arthritis.

This is such an easy addition to our daily routine to help boost my family's immunity and it tastes really good. We are on our second bottle.
