Seiki SE32HY27-D 32-Inch 720p 60Hz LED TV-DVD Combo

This was a perfect television to place into our daughter's room. It's all encompassing TV / DVD combo makes it ideal for her to watch all of her various "Princess" DVDs without having to attach a separate DVD player. The picture quality and sound are also fine for her needs. All-in-all, we were very pleased with this purchase ... as well as the cost for this item.

Only because I have to give a minimum of one star, this TV gets one star. I bought this TV for my daughter and her husband for 2014 Christmas present. They only use it for the DVD player in their bedroom. In July 2015 I got a call saying the unit wasn't working, and my daughter told me she didn't have a phone number for Seiki. I said that the TV may not be covered, because most electronics are covered for 90 days. We called Square Trade (who we got the Extended Warranty from. They were great, but told us that Seiki had a one-year warranty, and they gave us the number. We called, and after getting the model number and serial number were told to try a few things to get it working. Guess what? It worked...for about 2 months. She called the company again, and this time she was told that she needed to take pictures of the TV (with the error message), along with a picture of the serial number and model number. Oh yeah, I almost forgot, she had a DVD she rented from Redbox in the player. The Customer Service Representative at Seiki told her that she can't do anything about getting it back. DO NOT BUY ANY SEIKI PRODUCTS. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ABYSMAL (AT BEST).

This is the perfect size I was looking for. I had been shopping for a TV/DVD Combo at a reasonable price and this serves both purposes, however, it would have been great if it were able to play blue ray as well. And of course the sound volume isn't the best for the purpose in which I will be using it, therefore, I will need to consider adding speakers to it. Overall, I am satisfied.

it work well. trying to get use to the size. I did not know that the tv was measure from corner to corner instead of straight across. I would have ordered a size 40 or above.

For the price, this TV+DVD combo is awesome. It works, and looks good. What's more, my kids decided to slip coins into the DVD slot. You know, use it like a slot-machine. But the DVD player takes that (and more of a) licking and keeps on ticking!

Bought 2 of these and the led lights/backlight went out on both. Avoid this brand

The cd to the tv does not work. Good product for the price.
