Nuby One-Touch 2-in-1 Electric Baby Bottle Warmer & Sterilizer

Used this to warm bottles for my grandsons. It warmed the bottles quick and worked great. Good purchase.

I don't have a baby, I use it to heat frozen milk I take to a kitchen free location. It works great. It heats up fast. It won't turn off until the water boils off or is poured out. Unfortunately, that means if the water boils away before the milk is warm enough it shuts off and won't come back on for ten minutes. So I add more water than the chart calls for. The basket is sturdy as I use 6 oz canning jars for my milk. It lifts them out with ease. If you don't care about condensation drops falling into your milk, the lid makes it heat up faster and keeps the water in longer. I have also used it to heat up water for a small cup of tea. It seems VERY hot and perhaps breast milk users might want to be sure to keep an eye on the temperature of the milk. Certainly keep out of the reach of children while it is on.

I absolutely love this bottle warmer! I bought one several months ago, before I delivered, not really considering I'd use it very much, as I planned on breastfeeding. Long story short, things didn't go as planned, and we had to put him on formula. I was so thankful to have this, as we always made sure to have several bottles in the fridge, ready for feeding time. Little guy's going on 6 months old, and while the original we purchased is still going strong, we have noticed quite a bit of break down on the inside, so we decided that it might be wise to have a back up. It's not really the quickest, and it has a safety where you can't use it again too soon after, to avoid overheating. I also love the compact shape, it'll fit down in the diaper bag for on the go, as well. We don't really use it as a baby food warmer, though you can. The chart that comes with it is fairly straight forward, giving heating times and water measurements for both frozen and non-frozen. We have used it as a sterilizer. It works well for that, if you need to get a bottle sterilized and don't want to have to mess with boiling water. But if you're using strictly formula, and want your bottles sterilized, you'd be better off coming up with an alternative. (We use our rice cooker, on the steam setting! :-D). Overall, for the price, this little bottle warmer has been a work horse, going from around 12 bottles in a 24 hour time frame, down to 5-6 bottles in a 24 hour time frame, and still going strong!

I've been using this bottle BOILER for about 3 days now. I do think its a good warmer for the price, its worked for us every time so far and It is very easy to use. I cant speak to the longevity of the product yet though.However 1. The on/off switch does not work2. It gets waaaaay to hot. Goes from 0- boiling in about 20 seconds. There is no in between 3. The cord is super short 4. After 1 use I noticed that the water becomes cloudy. I thought it had burned a hole in the bottle and the milk was leaking, but it was the murky water dripping from the bottle, which seems unsanitary also it came with no instructions inside the box. I'm pretty sure you could boil eggs or rice in this bottle warmer. Having to unplug it to turn it off is an inconvenience as well. I would still reccomend this product because it does warm bottle pretty quickly, was not super pricey and is easy to use.

Nuby gives you two handy charts for heating milk/formula, foods, and to sterilize. We were excited but daunted at first. Really though, a good five minute read through the instructions and we were set. It is super easy to use. I liken it to a simple rice cooker - you put in the right quantity of water plus food, push down the button, and bam! The light turns off and the unit clicks - all done! I highly recommend this. Our kiddo much prefers the warmed formula to room temperature or, heaven forbid, cold.The sterilizing function is super helpful, as we wash our dishes by hand and don’t have a dish washer. We did have to adjust how we put in the bottle because the instructions tell you to put in a bottle, nipple, and ring at the same time. Our bottle are too talk for that but fit in fine by themselves. We sterilize all the bottles individually and then do a “load” of rings and nipples.The heating takes about two minutes. It has a handy measuring cup that attaches to the side of the unit that you can keep preloaded with water so making a bottle for a screaming little one is that much faster and easier.

The only thing I didn’t like about this product is that we’re was no off switch. Once the water started boiling and I pulled the bottle out or dunked the bottle in to warm the only way to stop it from heating was to disconnect it. The on button only turns it on, but did not turn it off so it would just boil until evaporated and then turn itself off I’m guessing after sensing there was no water left.

I use this warmer several times a day. It's easy to clean. I just wipe the inside with a cloth after use. You do have to make sure that you measure out the water that you're adding in order to get the bottle warmed to the right temperature. If you add more than it recommends, your liquid will be too hot.And also NOT put the sanitizing lid on when warming milk or formula. So basically, as long as you read and follow instructions, it works well. It does take several minutes to warm a bottle, so I do wish it warmed a little quicker, especially in the middle of the night. But great product for the price. The sanitatizing feature was great to use for bottles for my newborn preemie.

Thd good news is that it gets very hot very fast! The bad news is that if you’re not careful you can burn yourself if you don’t let it cool off before cleaning. The one button function is a lifesaver for busy moms.
