Really wonderful Extra Virgin Olive Oil
This medium robust intensity organic extra virgin olive oil is produced from green Hojiblanca olives, and does have fresh aromas of green herbs and mint. It is easy to take raw and has a pleasant, slightly peppery aftertaste.Classified as Medium Robust, it balanced taste of bitterness and pungency couple with its clear and smooth consistency, really demonstrate that it is a quality product and why it has been awarded as a Top EVOO.I purchased three bottles of this oil to consume as a daily health supplement, (two tablespoons per day) and chose it as its an authentic Extra Virgin Oil, (EVOO) obtained solely through mechanical processes such as pressing, sifting, and centrifuging of the olives, which guarantees its purity. Other standard oils that go through fermentation and contamination processes, refining, purification, and bleaching treatments to make them edible, are deficient in beneficial properties and nutritional benefits. You get what you pay for and if you want the very best, i suggest that you but this special Oil.

Unique taste - but not convinced I really like it
Purchased out of interest to see what high-end olive oil tastes like and also as Christmas presents for family members who like olive oil, I have to say the taste is very different to any other oil I have tried. Best summed up, I think, by saying the complexity and depth of flavour one expects from such an expensive oil is undoubtedly present, it is so unusual I can't say I am a great fan. It will be interesting to see if my opinion changes as I use it in different recipes and situations.
