Forgotten Rules: A Brother’s Best Friend Romance (The Rules Series Book 4) Kindle Edition

I love this book, have been dying to read it. The cover drew me in. The story is incredible. However there is a huge cliffhanger. I’m in shock and need more. Really hoping the author will continue with the story. Because it blew me away! I love brothers best friend and this was exactly that and hot and extra steamy. But that cliffhanger gutted me. Please Eliah Greenwood, could we please get more?!!!

I really got hooked into Will and Kass' story, and had a hard time putting it down at night. I wasn't aware this was book 4, or that it ended in a cliffy, or I would've started with "Unwritten Rules" about Kass' cousin Winter. But I'm still glad I read it.The dialogue is mature, and the characters don't really behave like teenagers, which I really like. But I wasn't surprised since they're written the same way in "Dear Love I Hate You" which you need to read if you haven't.There were a few things that didn't agree with as far as Kass' character goes, but honestly we all make different decisions in life, and that was hers. The first was where she pretty much let her jealous secret boyfriend Will manhandle her male friend, and almost beat him over a misunderstanding. I'm sorry, but if any guy ever did that to one of my friends, we wouldn't be making up seconds later. I don't care what the excuse was. Not Acceptable! But maybe high schoolers would act that way so I took it with a grain of salt.Then there was the scene where she followed Will to a motel because her used to be friend sent her a pic of him leaving a motel and told her he was cheating on her, and he acted like she did something so unforgivable, and made her feel bad. Now keep in mind he's been on again off again to her for a while now. So what's she supposed to think? She let him make her feel like she did something wrong. Like it was so unforgivable for following him. Granted he had a secret he was trying to keep under wraps, and it wasn't another lover, but I'm sorry, that's a definite follow your bf to see what the hell is going on. And he was super pissed, and made her feel like she did something wrong. Even worse, she felt bad like she did something wrong. But she quickly forgave all his macho bs, and leading her on multiple times, prior to this happening. You'll just have to read it to know what I'm talking about.It's definitely worth the read, and I can't wait for the next book to come out. There were just some scenes I didn't really agree with personally. But I don't regret reading it. Kass' isn't the strong female character I like to read, but not all of us are soooo.

Well didn't know that the book series wasn't finished or I would not have started it. It states 'To Be Released'. There is no future date listed.The book was good and meshed well with the first three books. I sincerely hope that there isn't going to be two more books just to complete their love story.The writing is really good and I sincerely think this writer is a phenomenal storyteller. Personally tired of the blue eye blond hair characters having to state that they have blond hair repeatedly. Once I like the character some of us picture them with the energy we feel. So it's weird when a sentence pops up saying, "I moved my blond hair behind my ear". It throws me off when I was picturing the character in a way I liked.. lolOtherwise good writing.Had to come back and give at least a 4 star rating. It really was better then most books I read.

Dude you can not leave me hanging like that! Patiently having to wait is going to be hard! Love the style of writing and I just got so hooked and invested in the characters.

Loved this book, could not put it down. I was so sad to see the sequel isn’t out yet. Subscribed to the newsletter in hopes the author releases it

I am writing this review because I am angry. There was nothing on the page to suggest that this book was not a stand alone. Yet now there isn't even a firm date as to when it will even come out.I don't mind reading cliffhangers if I at least know when the next book is coming out. That was I don't have to completely read the story again. But having to wait a year? No. I wish I hadn't bought this book.The story was good but chapter upon chapter was a rehash of what we all know. It got a bit too redundant. Yes, Kass loves Will, she wants him to tell her brother so they don't have to sneak around. Her family is screwy, her best friend is a raving bitch that takes her half the book to figure it out. Enough. Get. To. The. Point. This story could easily have been told in half the number of pages, instead of dragging it out.Now I have to wait until hell freezes over to get the next book. A bit of advice.....don't drag out a book just to make it better. You could have told the story in one book instead of dragging it out into two....or maybe three. THAT is a sure fire way to lose an audience.

I NEED THE NEXT BOOK ASAP NO ROCKY. LIKE I AM IN LOVE WITH THE SERIES I FINISHED ALL OF THEM IN 3 DAYS. I LOVE THE BOOK. I HOPE TO HAVE ALEXS STORY WITH MORGAN.

BEST love story I’ve ever read! I loved back and forth banter begin Will and Kass! Very well written, and the author does an amazing job capturing young love! I read this book on a beach vacation and literally couldn’t put it down!! Great escape from the real world. I’ve read it twice now!! So hoping for a book 2 since we were left with such a cliffhanger!! There is still so many story lines I want to know more about. Like Will’s history with Lyla, and what happened after Will finally told Kendrick about their relationship. Also, thought there could be another series in the making with Morgan and Alex’s budding romance. I thought about reading her other books with Winter and Haze, but I still want more of Kass and Will’s story. Highly recommend this light, funny, and romantic read!!

Your basic brother’s best friend romance novel. Kass is perfection personified. Sexy without being slutty. Strong but not overbearing. Will is your standard gorgeous, tortured soul with a hot af alpha possessiveness.This was well written for what I would categorise as fluff. It’s also significantly lengthy. Not a major issue when the writing was good and the story continued to entertain me.<potential spoiler>.......Book ends on a cliffhanger!!

O.M.G, that’s the only thing going through my head as I read this book, I loved every second. I thought I was obsessed with WAZE but KILL really out here proving me wrong. Eliah did an unbelievable job with this one and I couldn’t put it down. The CLIFFHANGER OMG I NEED TO READ THE SECOND BOOK IM HOOOKED!! 💛🥺

I loved reading every word of this, amazing book I can’t wait for Forsaken rules!!!! I especially loved and hated the cliffhanger, I don’t know if I can wait that long for the next book! ❤️🙌🏽 Full recommend!

To start, Kass and Will are complicated in their own ways so they both have their own battles to fight but when they begin talking it’s noticeable how much the two get along. The character development from both parties is evident and I loved watching the two grow up, the ending was totally unexpected and I can’t wait to see what’s next!

Read it the afternoon it came! It was everything I expected and much much more!! 😍 Eliah has truly outdone herself yet again, that ending near enough killed me! 😂❤️ Can't wait for book 2!!! ❤️❤️
