I just purchased an 85" TV, and so I am preparing the room to give me the best viewing experience. I am extremely happy with the quality, blackout ability, ease of installation, and great communication with the seller to confirm the correct size. I really couldn't be happier.The blinds arrived complete...with no missing parts or screws, etc. I have had problems before with blinds missing little bits critical to the installation.The photos show the sun shining directly on the blinds. There is no way to get a perfect blackout without the outer halo, as allowances need to be made for hardware and "unsquareness" of window framing. I purchased some 2" vinyl tape to run around the exterior of the window for a true blackout that I will install when it arrives.I have secondary horizontal slat blinds installed on this window, and I found it easier to remove the blinds and hardware for my installation as my clearances are extremely tight. The second photo shows the reinstalled hardware. I will clean the blinds and reinstall them in front of these blinds.The installation instructions were easy to follow, and in my case, 6 screws and 3 brackets are holding my new blinds firmly in place. It took a about 90 minutes for my installation as I determined that I should remove my slat blinds and hardware by trial and error. The second window took about 30 minutes!I would highly recommend these blinds... Oh, BTW, the retraction action of these blinds is incredibly smooth, and not the usual comedy style whipping up like a spring loaded prank!Just measure carefully and accurately using the instructions. You'll be pleased.

I was looking for a motorized shade to mount on my office door with a large glass panel so that I could have some privacy during meetings at home but open the shade when it was OK for family to come in. Measuring and ordering was very easy, and shipping was actually faster than I expected. After shipping the seller proactively notified me that they included the wrong brackets for mounting and was quick to send out another package with the right bracket. I won’t take down a star because they notified me about it and we’re incredibly easy to work with. The shade came and was exactly as I ordered and fit perfectly for my application.Overall the install was OK. The included screws are NOT meant for an install on wood and actually snapped when I was trying to mount it on the door. I had to source some better screws, but in the end I got it to work. Small but annoying flaw.The operation is fantastic. The remote worked right out of the box with no pairing and is RF not IR so you don’t need to point it directly at the shade. It’s too early for me to be able to report on battery life, but I charged it for a few hours when I installed it and I’ve opened and closed it several times a day every day since install and so far it’s worked great.I’m really happy with the purchase. It is the first custom order item I’ve bought from Amazon, and it works really well and fits exactly what I wanted. They are a bit expensive for the length I purchased but it’s a small price to pay to have remote-controlled privacy.I like it enough I’m considering buying more to install in some hard to reach windows where traditional blinds and shades don’t make sense. Great product.

The media could not be loaded.  Our new house has a good size sliding doors that are facing west. We get sun in the afternoon and basically can’t use the dining room space right next to the door. I’m glad we found this product that’s customizable. The product service team reached out after I filled out the order to double check what I wanted. It took a couple of weeks for the product to arrive. It’s very easy to install. We have outside mount and the original length of the shade left a two inch gap in the bottom. I reached out to customer service. They informed me that the bottom (and top) limit can be re-programmed. So I did that. Now it’s perfect! We can block the glaring sun in the afternoon and reclaim the dining room space. I added a metal valance (extra charge) and it looks blended in with our door. I was really nervous about this purchase. So nervous I only bought one of the two I would need. I have these stupidly tall doors (12ft) with a huge glass window. Don’t get me wrong - they are gorgeous and I love looking out during the day, but hate everyone looking in at night. Anyway, I got these and they made them at these incredible lengths. The quality of the shade is nice, the installation was easy (though I made mine magnetic to stick to my door). I love that it’s unobtrusive during the day and private at night.

I like the quality and the appearance of the product. I ordered the white color with the pull chain. The color was not a stark white, which was nicer than expected. Although it was a little difficult to confirm the measurements, we did in fact measure correctly. The company had contacted us after the order was placed to ask questions about our measurements. It was a little difficult to understand what they were looking for to complete the order, but we went with their suggestios and the measurements turned out to be correct. When the item arrived, it came with 2 small rings on the bottom, which I am not sure what they are for, considering that this is operated by a chain. That part was not clear - the part where we were added accessories. I ordered everything that was offered because I didn't know what these items were for and I didn't want to omit anything that was actually needed. This wasn't clear when ordering and now we have 2 silver rings at the bottom that serve no purpose and are difficult to remove. The only thing that I want to mention is that the pull chain does not pull freely and is slightly stiff.
