These are a great tool. I use them for a lot of tasks around my place. I use them in the kitchen, in my shop, in the yard, camping, rope work and more. Times being what they are I bought 2 pair , just in case. I like these scissors or tools. Their strong , sharp, and break down for easy cleaning, which are another reason I like them. Enjoy.

These are fantastic kitchen sheers. They are really sturdy and have a very nice weight to them. I bought them to replace the pair that came with my knife set, because those didn't separate for cleaning. I got way more than that, as these are far sturdier and sharper than the ones I had. It's also great that they separate for deep cleaning and so no gunk gets stuck in the hinge.

Sharp and durable. Easy to clean and they cut great. I have them in a Knife roll that I use when I volunteer in the Kitchen at our local American Legion.

I received these as a gift. I really like them. They were priced well.

These scissors are very sharp, easy to clean and just all around useful in the kitchen. I don’t take much at all to cut through some chicken: I was in awe!!

I haven't had a chance to use this very hard. However, it seems to be very sturdy. It breaks down easily for cleaning, it survived the dishwasher with no ill effects, and it is very sharp. The handles are comfortable for me. I don't use the extra features (cap opener, etc.) but they don't get in the way of the primary purpose. The features rating box asks for a rating on thickness. I don't know what this means. These shears are about the same thickness as other shears I've owned, I don't understand why this would be a factor.

I have gone through several different pairs of scissors over the last year.... That being said these are good. Sturdy.

UPDATE: I've had them for several months now and I STILL love them!! In fact, I am buying another pair now, for another location.I spent hours reading reviews of kitchen shears before opting for these. If you read the "worst" reviews for all kitchen shears EXCEPT these, you'll see they all seem to rust once placed in the dishwasher. To be truthful, I haven't yet had the need to do that, but others reported that these didn't rust. The handholds are comfortable and they aren't too tight in their cutting action or too loose. I actually tried the "peeler" function that's built-in, since we've been thinking of RVing and having tools that do multiple things is valuable in a tiny setting. The peeler function was "OK" on a cucumber. With time I'd probably get better at it. I haven't done too much yet as far as regular cutting but it did parchment ok, which some kitchen shears have trouble doing, so that's a plus. I don't feel like they will break easily and I don't think I'll stab myself, either. They are easy to take apart but don't feel like they will come apart by themselves, so I'm pretty happy with them.
