As a professional HVAC contractor who specializes in radiant floor heating we have used these plates many times. They offer far different and superior performance than the cheezy lightweight stamped plates which are nothing but heavy tin foil. Installed correctly and with proper system control, these plates will provide near silent performance with none of the ticking noise often associated with underfloor heating.I would like to ask the supplier to update their description though. There is no quantity given for the price listed so it appears that you are purchasing 1 plate for that money, which is outrageous. Please post the quantity..unless you are actually trying to sell 1 plate for this price.Then just forget it..
