This review is based on use with a Glock 42. I wear this ITW (obviously), with no shirt between the holster and my skin. No rubbing, chafing or irritation. No rust, staining, etc. from the constant skin/sweat exposure (yet...). I'm a female (5'4, 138 lbs) and I wear it between my hip bone and navel just right of the pants button. The clip is very secure and so far has accommodated every belt I own (dress, work, tactical). It fits snug and discrete against the skin..The cant of the clip positions it perfectly for me. I am able to wear this with yoga pants and a tank top... with no sagging of the pants line or printing! By far the most comfortable, low-profile ITW holster I've tried. I did order two others when choosing this product... the "Blade-Tech Holster Revolution Klipt Appendix IWB" (link: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00KR2WDOW/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o03_s02?ie=UTF8&psc=1) and the "BLACKHAWK A.R.C. Appendix Reversible Carry Inside the Pants Fits Glock 42 Ambidextrous Holster, Urban Gray" (link: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00W73EHQQ/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o03_s02?ie=UTF8&psc=1). Both the Bkade-Tech and the Blackhawk holsters were bulkier, rougher against bare skin and printed significantly more. They were cheaper and as always, it comes down to you get what you pay for. I did not want to shell out quite this much for what is a simple piece of molded plastic...but I can't complain considering how happy I am with it. Highly recommended.

This is a great holster for my new G42. The outside is smooth and very durable. It feels very comfortable to wear inside the waistband. The retention was very tight, but after I loosened it completely I’ve got the perfect draw down. The belt clip stays nice when attached to my belt and overall I feel it’s a great value. It is molded exactly and nothing felt rough or unfinished. I feel comfortable knowing that my trigger is guarded while I wear this concealed since glocks don’t have a safety. I love this little holster, it’s not bulky and remains slim. Highly r commend.

This holster fit my Glock 42 perfectly. The retention was a little too much for my taste but it is adjustable so I was able to get it right where I like it: just enough not to drop the gun. However I did notice that the design of the holster means that you can not acquire your full grip on the gun as you draw--the belt hook just barely keeps your trigger finger from being aligned with the frame. After a few dozen practice draws though, I can draw fast enough just by getting my ring and pinky fingers seated and going from there. Otherwise this holster is comfortable as can be. I have been consistently wearing my gun in this holster around the house wearing only a t-shirt and draw-string basketball shorts and think nothing of it.

Quality holster that fits my firearm perfect. Comfortable to wear and easy to draw and re holster. Only thing to make holster is adding locktite or a lock washer tk the retention screw to hold it in place once it is adjusted.

Cheapest holster I have and by far the best. Has a nice firm snap to fit and great clip. Glock 42 couldn’t be more happy

Great holster at a Great price. It's my Grab-N-Go and the overall construction and quality is excelent for the price point.

This is the third holster I've bought from Concealment Express. The first one needed slight adjustments of the retention screw. The second one didn't fit the gun perfectly. The gun would click into the holster but had a little play (could rock the gun front to back a little). Concealment Express replaced the holster at no cost. The most recent purchase fit perfectly. I didn't even need to adjust the retention screw.

The holster is great, there's not too much to say about it. The retention is adjustable and is great. The cant is also adjustable. The whole thing is just great. I like that it is lightweight enough that I can wear it on just about anything- sweatpants, gym shorts, you name it. I bet you could flawlessly draw from this thing if you clipped it onto your boxers. All around great holster, for a great price. 10/10 would recommend.
