True to size and did not shrink after first wash. they come in 1 inch increments, which is very hard to find at the store. They are cut for a more fitted look, so if you are on the fence between two sizes or want it to fit more relaxed, go up 1 size. they are very comfortable and look good for cargo shorts, low bar -- i know.I am 5" 11' and they fall on the upper half of my knees where my knees bend: basically the perfect height. As long as possible, while they do not interfere when bending my legs. If they last at least a couple years, they are a win.I will be buying all the major colors.

Bought these as a gift. Color is very close to the image shown on the screen, true to size with a bit of stretch. Lightweight and comfortable.

I saw the price and gave them a shot! Wear a 33 waist and was not disappointed. Just ordered two more pairs because, for the money, well made, fit perfectly and just so you know, I am a BIG Amazon Essentials customer . Never disappoints me .......so far

Shorts are great! Not bulky and oversized, nice length and not very wrinkled coming out of dryer! I was surprised by the quality and highly recommend!

What the title says, plus the fabric is good.My only criticism is that I wish they had a stretch waist for comfort, but they're good shorts and I'd buy them again.

Don't get me wrong, these are okay shorts, but there are a few issues with them.The rear pockets are too short. My wallet fits fine, but things that require a deeper pocket don't fit well (like a cell phone).When the back pocket flaps flip up, you look like you have a spoiler on your rear end! If the underside of the pocket flaps was the same fabric as the shorts, it wouldn't be so noticeable, but the underside is white, so it sticks out like a sore thumb.Buttons on the side pockets are not easy to use. It would be better if these were snaps.Fabric on the inside of the waistband is white. Again, this contrasts and sticks out if your belt causes the waistband to curl it over, making the shorts look very odd.Although this was about $10 less than what I normally buy, I think I will go back to my normal brand of shorts.

Bought these for a beach trip. They are very comfortable. Fly button is not very secure but resewn in 2 minutes to make it a little bit better. (Was almost falling off) i like the pockets and cargo pockets. These are really good for the money
