Lymph massage and compression in one!
Soft, thick but light, feels durable AND offers compression. These are by far my favorite pair. Long enough to go over the foot, but I don't have foot involvement, and I was able to pull the excess around the ankle without cutting off circulation. But comfortable on feet too - the knit pattern is flat for under the foot. They go over the stomach to just under my bra. I place my sports bra over the top of the band, and they stay in place without rolling down. Makes a bodysuit! I washing-machine-died the tan color and tan arm compression to a wine color. They are a bit tight going on (they're compression after all!), But not nearly as difficult as other brands (I didn't have to turn inside out). I do need to pull them up throughout the day. They like to bunch behind the knee. Instead of getting lymph massage leggings and a separate wrap for compression as with a different company, why not get both in one?!

Pick me! Pick me!
I am completely in love with this brand's leggings. They are fantastic for POTS. These are thick enough leggings to wear alone, as actual leggings. They have no awkward seam down the front middle so there is just a lovely little thigh gap and nothing else. Never had a thigh gap? Me either--but there are a few perks to compression gear!As the photo shows, they leggings do come down over the foot so unlike other compression leggings, numb feet aren't an issue. On me, they could cover my foot, but I'm barely over 5 feet. Thanks to these leggings I can stand and walk around without falling over nearly as often. My best pair of compression stockings weren't able to provide that level of blood to the brain. And, these aren't itchy! They're soft. Not LaRue soft, but like really, really soft stretchy jeans soft.Something else they do that my compression stockings don't? They stay in place! All day long. No more ducking behind display racks to try and pry my stockings back up to the intended height only to find I've just ripped off the tops. Nope. These stay put no matter how I move.Have POTS? Need more blood to your brain? Get these. You'll love them! There are also higher compression leggings available from the CzSalus website.

Repeat buyer of CZSalus; incorrectly sized
This is my 4th order of CZSalus. These appear to be mispackaged or incorrectly marked during manufacturing. My measurements are on the low end or below the size range purchased. These aren't just the tight compression expected, they are incorrectly sized by many inches. Also, crotch is not nicely gusseted like their other leggings. These are marked HUPLA4. I question what is being sold on Amazon. Very disappointing.

This garment feels so much better than other flat knit compression garments.
I heard of CzSalus on a Lipedema Simplified Seminar.I now wish I had ordered a garment then. There are not many compression garments that have enough elasticity to conform to the very irregular leg to thigh to hip to waist ratios found in Lipedema sufferers.I recently purchased a summer weight ankle to waist garment in 18-21 mmHg and was able to wear it for over 12 hours with no discomfort and (this is really important if you walk) next to no slippage.Wow!My only comment is that it is a little tight at the ankle ( I do not normally have swollen ankles) but I think that the mid foot to waist garment I also ordered will resolve that issue.

Amazing compression for lipedema
I love these leggings for my swollen, sore, lipedema legs. I bought the medium short and I am 5,4” and about 140lbs. They are textured and some work to get on, but it’s worth it for the benefits you get.

I wanted to love them
The material is nice and thick, and they were not too difficult to put on. The only real problem is the length, I bought the shorter version, and they are still waaay too long and bunch behind the knees! I was hoping they would make these for actual short people, it is a shame because otherwise I like them.

Great compression leggings f or Lymphedema
My doctor gave wanted me to wear compression stockings (full length) due to the fact that I have lymphedema. After checking out stockings on medical sites and seeing the high prices, I decided to check and see if Amazon had any compression clothing of any kind. I found these compression leggings in just the compression level that I needed for much less than the stockings on the medical sites. So I took the information to my doctor and asked him if they would work in place of the stockings (which are kind of ugly and bulky!). He said that he believed they would according to the compression information given. I am so glad that I thought about looking for the stockings on Amazon (my go-to place for everything anyhow). I purchased these leggings and found that they fit well, they are comfortable, and the compression definitely helps with the lymphedema in my legs. And the price was much, much less that the medical stockings on the medical sites. I will probably be purchasing another pain in a bit so I can have a backup pair.

Sizeing
I was very disapointed I could not ware them, size was to small and could not get larger size. The project itself looked very well made. Came on day as stated.
