Manages to get the job done, but doesn't inspire confidence
I use this to mount my Nexus 4 on my road bike. Setup, while conceptually simple, was a bit of a pain. It took a bit of trial and error to find a suitable mounting position. Once I found a spot, on my top tube, getting it mounted was another challenge. I likely won't move it because of how hard it was to get it on in the first place.Once I took it out on the road, my outlook improved slightly. I use a case on my phone, and I won't mount my phone on this without the case, because I don't entirely trust it not to fall out. The grip seems to be adequate, although I would like a bit more stability. All in all though, it does do what I need it to do. I like to play music on my phone's speaker during bike rides, because I hate riding with headphones in. I like to track rides occasionally as well. I can do both of those things adequately. If I were to redesign this product, I could make it able to mount on thicker tubes, and find away to make it shake around less while in motion.

Cell Buckle
I wasn't convinced at first this product would live up to the hype. Currently I have my Cell Buckle mounted on the handlebars of my Harley. The Cell Buckle is pretty simple to attach and shockingly it holds a device rather securely, although my Samsung G3 in a slim case barely fits. Of note the mount isn't very stiff and my phone is rather larger and as one would expect the Harley creates a tremendous amount of vibration without factoring in bumps in the road. So my phone flops slightly back and forth while I ride. I would not recommend this mount for someone planning to capture video on a motorcycle. But if your looking for something to hold you phone nearby it works perfectly as advertised. Simple, inexpensive solution to mount a cell phone on your handlebars. Overall I'm happy with my purchase.

Surprised but pleased
I saw these on TV and thought I would try one of these on my Harley with 1" bars. It installed very easily. It holds all my toys like GPS, cell and Ipod. It is kind of a shocky mount. In other words it is not a solid mount but one that shakes, rocks and rolls with the vibrations of the bike. In my opinion that is not a bad thing. It tends to absorb shock and isolate the equipment fo r the vibrating Harley. I liked it enough to buy a couple as gifts for friends. There is one thing that could be better. The retaining band securing point could be hooked a bit more to better retain the rubber retainers. As well I thought the retaining bands were a bit thin. I went to a hardware store and bought a couple of thicker ones for .30.

Great for the price.
I have use this mount for a few weeks on my motorcycle and bicycle. It is one of the better mounts that I have used. I have a galaxy note 3 and this mount hold it perfectly.Pros- Holds a big size phone.- Great for using on motorcycles.- Great for using on bicycles.- Very easy to use.- Easy assembly and installation.- Can be mounted on a bicycle for night riding using the flashlight function on your phone.Cons- Vibrates a lot on motorcycles.

Secure?
This is not as snug and secure a fit for my phone as I want. On the mountain bike, it rattles around a bit and I'm always checking the clamp to make sure it doesn't get loose. I have a 4S with a Lifeproof case and it just fits in the clamp. If you have a bigger phone, it might not fit. This is the problem with "universal fit" stuff - probably better off to get the Lifeproof brand that clamps onto their case. You pay more, but wouldn't you rather have your phone deep in the woods than not?

Great idea, works pretty well for bicycles
I really like the simplicity of this holder. I attached it to my hybrid mountain bike. I mostly ride light trail, streets and pea gravel. This definitely holds my iPhone 4s, but it's a bit light weight to really keep it comfortably stable. I feel like a good rough trail might shake it loose. I don't think I'd trust this on my motorcycle, but for the bicycle I think it's a pretty good product. I'd like to see a bit heavier duty unit, and even one that mounts with a set screw or band clamp for a more permanent solution.

Great Product!
This buckle has definately been beneficial to my evening rides. I have a Schwinn roadbike which didn't allow for easy installation on the handle bars, so I found an alternative mounting location. I took some straps (velcro type) and mounted the buckle directly on the center bar that runs from the front frame to the seat. I was able to install it in one minute by taking two straps and mounting the buckle parallel to the bar. It holds the phone tight, and the straps keep the buckle from moving--not to mention it is an easy removal if needed. Just navigate the straps so that they don't pinch the brake line. This product has worked great for a few months, holds steady and is lined with a thin rubber that holds my iphone 4s and lets me hear music as I ride with my daughter. Highly recommended. Enjoy!

Broken on arrival but doesn't seem that strong anyway....
The system is a flexible plastic loop that stretches open to encircle the handlebar of your bike or motorcycle and some tiny bands that put pressure on the opening to hold it shut. It doesn't seem that it would support much weight but others reviewing it really like it so your mileage may vary. However, I never even tried it on my bike because the ratchet end that holds the mobile phone was broken on arrival. It doesn't remotely lock. I think that is my unit not the design. But it is hard to believe that I would ever trust my phone to something like this. Oh well. It wasn't very expensive so the loss isn't too much.
