Q: can you make the tilt easier

Unscrew the round adjuster knob a few turns underneath the seat by height adjust lever. the more you turn the easier the tilt gets.

It'll support you a bit, rather depends how you sit though. The back will be higher than your neck - I'm about that and its fine for me. Its a comfortable chair, and easy to put together.

Q: How wide is it from the outside of each arm across? The widest point.
