Wanted to not like these
So these IEMS are honestly really good especially given the price.TL;DRI'm a bit of an audiophile, I got into "it" as a basshead but as time went on I slowly started to prefer a flat signature, I would even say I appreciate the V-tuned signature KZ is known for and there is nothing wrong with that. The problem is that having that signature across all genres is kind of annoying. My journey into this hobby started with me only having access to bass heavy IEMs and trying to listen to Sinatra, it just didn't work. From then I started to appreciate, really really appreciate, flat sounding headphones and IEMs. It was a gradual journey but here I am. The beauty with flat is that it give you a lot more room to EQ them. These are very solid for that and I'm a bit surprised.I didn't want to like these because I don't always agree with the guy who tuned these, I'm not name dropping but do a bit of research if you're interested, so my plan was to buy these and be like yeah we are different. For example he loves the HD600 and I prefer the HD650, minor disagreement but still. With that said with these I was just kind of hoping to think they were fine and add them to the drawer of IEMs I have but these might actually replace my AKG N30's which is crazy considering these are sub-$40 and the N30s originally retailed for $200 (I didn't pay that tho)... Now I don't love these, they have a truer IEM design imo which tends to bother my ear physically, with like the little insert part that goes in the mid-upper ear for stabilization. I prefer an IEM that goes into the ear with minimal interaction beyond the driver. On a sound quality front I think these might actually sound better than my AKGs, which I need to dig out of my bag since I only really use them while traveling and do some side by side listening. It is still crazy I can't tell off the bat which one is better... Now my main complaint when it comes to sound quality is that the treble is a bit much, I wish that was reigned in a bit more and if anything it says I might not have the tolerance for treble some people do, which might be why I favored bass originally. That said EQing can probably fix this, I did experiment with bass boosting and I was legitimately impressed because it not only handled it well but I felt like they transformed into bass emphasized IEMs like nothing. Now some other notes, firstly I hate silicon tips so I threw some comply foam tips on them. They always improve the fit and comfort for me with ALL IEM's they have just become a normal thing for me. T-500 fit these just fine. The cable kind of sucks and I might replace it if these replace my AKG's overall. So with comply tips and an improved cable these could definitely run over $60-$70 and the question is that a fair price. I am still not 100% sure hence the 4 stars but I am leaning towards yes.

Hey! These are pretty darn good!
I bought my KZ ZSN Pro-X's about a month ago. I have used the KZ's quite often, and they don't bother my ears or ear canals at all. But If you have tiny ear-holes like I do, I would put on the small tips, and then use the "Earplug" technique when putting them in your ears. That is, to reach over your head with your left hand and gently tug upwards on the pinna (the top of your ear. AKA Auricle) while inserting the phone with your right hand. Make sure it's fully seated. them release your pinna. Switch hands and repeat for the other side. When these lil baddies are situated properly (And that's important! They, as with all in-ear phones, MUST be seated properly to deliver their full potential!) These are quite amazing. They're 25 ohm impedance, so they can be driven without a headphone amp, and still get uncomfortably loud. So mind your volume before plugging in! No artificially enhanced.. anything. Just the raw audio, ready to be tuned to your own liking by your players EQ. (I use AIMP for music and MPC (yes, still) for movies) They are not going to be equal to audiophile grade headphones, so don't come into this expecting that. (Hence the less than perfect 5-star rating on sound-quality) But make no mistake. These are good! These are much better than my gaming headset for watching movies. They sit level with the rest of my ear contours, meaning they don't stick out like typical "buds" or look like you left swabs in your ears like those apple bud things. I got the gold just because I liked the how those looked, but there are several colors to choose from.I have not yet tried them outside, but I didn't get them for that. These are NOT noise cancelling, and have no active ANC They do have a more open soundstage that you'd expect for in-ears. So far, the quality is holding up, (I do not needlessly plug, and unplug them from their cables or ball them up in a pocket) The sound is better than my Raycons. The ONLY con I have experienced is that the cables that you get are NOT the cool looking braided ones in the photos. It is a typical Siamese cable (two coaxial cables, bonded side-by-side) as on most any wired buds. But these are transparent like speaker wire. But that is aesthetic and do not detract from the functionality of these awesome IEM'sIn conclusion, If you want good, budget in-ears, that sound great, fit well and don't protrude from your head, and look cool as well... Get these. I have no regrets, and have been buying more as gifts. I'll buy my fourth set tonight.Just get 'em. Pick a color, and get 'em!P.S.I should mention that bought the set with the mic included. These have the 4-pin (4 different conductor bands) plug. Mic and earphones in one, as would be a cellphone headset. My PC, which I use these on, has separate mic and headphone jacks. I bought an adapter that plugs into both jacks and merges them into the one 4-pin style jack. So if you have separate jacks, and wish to use the mic as well, consider getting an additional adapter. Otherwise if you use these with a phone or audio player, and/or are getting them without a mic, you're good to go.

Good tuning, middling mechanics
There is a little divot in the center of the headphone that is supposed to tuck into your ear. However, it is hard plastic, so if your ear does not conform to it, it will create discomfort in a short time; one of my ears is fine, the other is not. The microphone is a little quiet, but still quite useable. Buy a pop filter if you plan to record your voice with the in-built microphone. They sound good, nothing spectacular, and I would buy again around the $30-35 mark.

Surprisingly nuanced sound for the price. Though you may need to buy extra tips.
I was really surprised by these iem’s. They can deliver a nice amount of detail in the mids and highs without harshness and also without sacrificing bass response. However there’s a caveat. At first I disliked the sound entirely and cast them aside as yet another disappointing set of budget phones which delivered nothing but the kind of harsh mid range that you get from a cheap smartphone speaker. This is because I have small ear canals and the smallest size of the included silicone tips are still to big to fit and create the seal necessary to get the best sound quality. I found myself jamming them so hard into my ears that it would become painful. So I purchased a pack of small sized triple flange tips from Amazon to see if that improved things. What a difference a good fitting eartip makes.Straight a way I heard a solid, rhythmic bass that, while not the deepest, was certainly tight and well timed. Vocals were right out in front and delivered with warmth. And the high end worked well in setting up a sound stage with as much more of a sense of space that a set of in ears at this price should be expected to be able to give.So my advice would be that if you have small ears then spending an extra fiver on some flanged tips on top of the £13.00 for these turn them into a great set of iem’s for very little outlay.

AWFUL product lifespan. AMAZING audio
I have now owned 3 pairs of these earphones and EVERY SINGLE PAIR without fail has had one of the ear pieces fail all in the same way, im also not the only person experiencing this, from the way customer service treated the problem in the past its a common problem, but aince the issue has not been fixed or addressed in a public manner i cannot reccomend these under any circumstances, the chance of you getting a pair and them breaking after the month return period is very very likely. Id youre lucky like me they will fail before the return period has ended.

These are very specific sound signature.
This is without a doubt some of the funniest IEMs I've ever owned. To give some context I'am a budget audiophile with a pair of beyer Dt 990s and hd599s. I absolutely love kz headphones and I've been collecting a few not just for the sound but the really cool packaging that comes with them. Starting with the AS10s and the ZS10 pros. In my opinion I actually prefer these to the zs10s. There is a little less clarity but the bass omg the bass. It shakes your head and I absolutely love it.I've found I can only wear these a couple songs because it does get a bit fatiguing but during those songs it's full rock head. And because it's in the sub bass range the rest of the frequency bands are left mostly fine. I found the low mids to feel a little distant while the bass was on. I also find that some claps to be really fatiguing. One thing I absolutely adore about these however is that they are not "ear canal" IEMS. Which means you don't need to get them in deep to feel the full range of their drivers. These are perfectly fine with sitting on the outer ear canal which makes so much more comfortable than my zs10s.They are not a pair of hd 599s but they are really really fun. If you listen to music for the fun of listening to music and you're not a neutral sound snob then you will love these. Especially if you're a bass head.

they will break in under a month
The media could not be loaded. I have bought two pairs of these, the first lasted about 6months as I was working from home and wasn't using them. I changed jobs and wore them to work and the right driver went. I figured its been six months I'll get another pair and then i'll have a spare left.nope, the left one from the original pair started to have issues as soon as my replacements arrived. so i switched to both the new IEM's and they were ok for a few days and then bam the right goes again. so this time i contacted Amazon who shrugged and asked me to talk to Linsoul so i did and they asked me to video the right driver not working and then video my self destroying the broken driver so I did both and then my replacement was shipped.one journey to work later and my left driver broke so.... im not buying any more of these. which is a shame as they sounded great.

Started out great but…
I’ve been using these IEM’s through a Hidizs DAC mainly via Amazon music HD and they sound really good - all the reviews were true.Sadly a month in, the right earbud has developed a fault - started with an intermittent crackle and reduced volume but now it loses all volume every so often. Sometimes tapping the bud brings back some of the volume in the right ear but obviously there’s an internal problem (I guess a bad connection inside the bud or a driver has failed).I’ve messaged the seller and will update my review after seeing how their after sales support works out…
